I had never had a bad experience up until now I made an order online around 8:30 PM, said it would arrive around 8:50-9:00 PM Well around 9:30 PM the tracker said it had been delivered yet I didn't have my order. So I called the store, which was unreachable and had me waiting on a call center. I ended up receiving part of my order around 10:30 PM (almost 2 hours after). I checked and items were missing and my pizza was cold. After talking to the call center all they wanted to do was send more food (mind you, is already late, I don't want to wait 2 more hours for more food). They say they could give me credit which I didn't want since I'm not a regular customer, and when I asked for a refund it seem to be impossible for me to get something back from them. Overall a pretty bad experience especially because the store couldn't take the time to let us know it would take longer than usual, or pick up the phone to resolve this matter 👎🏽

My 5 year old can’t stop talking about how good is the pizza here. My teens were really looking forward to our trip to SPI just to eat Pizza Hut here.

Order to have a delivery- tracked the order said it was left on doorstep- I checked and it wasn’t there. I called several times there was no answer I even pressed the different numbers to try to get ahold of someone to no avail.
