Terrible experience, it is the only thing that was open as an option for dinner on Padre Island, it took them a while to serve us and in the end they charged us a 15% tip, we were 4 adults and a girl and the waiter said that from 5 people onwards the charge will be charged 15%, I'm happy to pay up to 20% when they serve you well, but demanding your tip after bad service doesn't please me.

So after an all day at the beach we decided to go to Pizza Hut there at South Padre Island. Worst service ever. So we decided to order the Big dinner box but the guy that was are server.. insisted that the dinner box was too small for us. we were only four so okay I decided to add fries to it and he said he had no fries with an attitude . so me and my family decided to get up and cancel that order and leave..

It is a good place, everything is very delicious and the place does not have games but it is good for children, but they need to have coke but I still recommend
On the border food was delicious. Chicken fajitas on the hot skillet. Service was awesome. (3rd floor) Room was definitely clean to my expectations. It was my second stay at this hotel. Would stay again. Loved the bar outside in backyard next to beach on their property. Love the pizza there for my son. Room had all the necessities for clean Hygiene. Do recommend. There's a slight smell of mold or wet carpet. Not sure what it could be exactly. That's the first thing I noticed. There wasn't too many people there so I was able to notice a lack of music which made the whole building extra quiet. I'm eating here mid December and it looks like they were 1/4 way through decorating with Xmas stuff and then just gave up. I hope they have renovations planned sometime soon because the place could use a new look.
The pizza was really good and it was a lot better than I remembered being. The staff was nice and friendly and the restaurant was super clean. I’m guessing they usually do more carryout than dine in as we were the only family there today again no complaints.

Online system doesn't workThey now have a CALL CENTER to answer the phone which is worthless4 calls and 1 hr later still no pizza.Hear me ....worthlessNever going to order from pizza Hut in my life.Seriously disappointed and their "escalation team" is even more ineffective, useless, only thing they know what to do is place you in hold until you get tired and hang up.
There’s only one guy working and he says they have no specials and have to be ordered online …. Horrible service
