Coco Beach Hotel On The Beach

I loved everything about my stay the couple things it needed was front desk service 24/7 since it was my first time staying i I didn't know that the ppl from the bar are the ones who help you all day front desk only works a couple of hours so they were actually aka bartender/front desk also please get coffee or next time am just taking my coffee pot with my pods... But overall the staff was top excellent 👌 including the maintenance guy he was super helpful and all the ppl who worked at the bar were great helpful and nice.. I definitely recommend and will go back with my coffee pot!!!

Basic hotel room, a bit dated but good value for being on the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

First, check in was extremely confusing.l and annoying. You have to check in at the bar in the back, with the bartender, who is busy helping 6 other people at the bar by themselves. HIRE A DEDICATED FRONT DESK! Second, we booked a 2 queen family suite with a couch. We were given a one king small room with no door handle and no way to lock from the outside. They moved us to a two queen, but no couch, the shower didn’t work in that room and they had no other rooms available. THANK GOD FOR ED!!!! The best part of our 7 hours here was Ed, who deserves a huge raise and/or promotion. Ed was working the bar by himself (see earlier comment about hiring more staff) and he did EVERYTHING in his power to help us. He tried to fix the issue by himself because engineers never came, when he couldn’t he stayed late trying to figure out what to do. The problem is neither General Manager was answering his call (shame on you for leaving one person alone and not picking up for an urgent issue). Eventually two engineers from a sister property came by but couldn’t fix the issue and we were ultimately moved to a different hotel. Overall, I will actively recommend friends and family AVOID Coco Beach Hotel, but I would hire Ed in a heartbeat. He has a true hospitality mindset. THANK YOU ED!!!

went to shower on my first night and not only was there mold growing on the shower curtain but also on the wall!! they only refunded me for part of my stay after all that like it’s not literally illegal, girl whatever.

Best beach bar on the island! Its a hidden gem with amazing and fast service at the bar and an awesome view of the beach. The food is bomb! My favorite is the coconut shrimp and ceviche. If you've never been, you're missing out! This place has everything you need. Music, food, drinks, pool, volleyball, outdoor shower and the beach is right there!

My wife and I always have a great time when we stay at Coco Beach Hotel! We choose to stay here because of how we’re treated by the kind General Manager, Perla, and her hardworking staff members, especially Jorge, who is always ready to help with a smile. We also love the convenient walks to the beach, Gravity Park, and local restaurants/bars. Our stay at Coco Beach is always a perfect place for us to unwind, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere , and check-in to check-out is always smooth and hassle free. My wife and I will definitely be back again soon! 🇺🇸

My number one spot!!! Amazing staff !!! Right on the beach!!! The bar is awesome food is crazy good !!! Volleyball, pool great music.

I tried for three days to call for room service and number consistently rang busy. Could not get through. The only way to
Order food is to go to the bar. None of the house keepers speak English so if you need delayed room service due to a pet, you will struggle communicating. They had an event and told us we couldn’t sit at the outdoor bar area even though we were here for 4 nights. Room is clean but hard to get good service. Room is inexpensive but more like a beach cottage for Spring Break kids in terms of service in general. Wouldn’t recommend if want room service for anything.

This place is your average motel style hotel. The rooms are pretty basic, the shower is not great! It’s built for shorter people. We had to kneel down to shower as the shower head is extremely low. The location however is amazing. It’s walking distance to the bar and restaurants. Also, seconds from the beach.

The man who makes the margaritas is a real pro, the lady is weak.

Hotel needs major renovation. The property feels more like a motel than a hotel. It was very noisy, and overall not family or kid friendly. Unfortunately, the condition and atmosphere did not meet our expectations.

I've stayed here for years every time i come to padre. Location is great, Bar on the beach is awesome and staff is always super friendly. They do maintain their property pretty well and although its an older building it is clean and the rooms are clean as well. i look forward to staying here again when i go down there this summer.

A quaint little boutique hotel in the water. Has a bar and grill. Great food and service. DJ on the weekend. Great Beach Vibe. They do complete hotel bookings for weddings and special events

Horrible property management, ran down rooms, no parking. Management will allow other guest to party in front of your room, blasting music, banging on walls, and yelling well past 1am. Had to call the police because we were threatened by those same guest, and still no contact from the property management. Don’t recommend.

Food was decent. Friendly bartender. Right on the beach. Good drinks.
