I've been coming to Grapevine for years and I feel like the quality of food has declined. I'm also sad to see they did away with the large burrito and barbacoa options. I ordered the off menu chicken and waffles. The chicken was overcooked and bland. Edible but not very inspiring. Would look for breakfast options elsewhere at the current prices.

Breakfast is Fantastic..best coffee on the 6/24Wife and I had breakfast today and we still love the Food and all..however she was Disappointed in the Crabcakes Benedict. What happened to the Crab Cakes. They seemed to have Gotten so Small you couldn't even see them or hardly taste them...

first time ever trying this place and i’ve lived in brownsville for 30 years!!! i can’t believe i always drove past this place every time i drove into south padre island! my experience was 5 stars. my server was the nicest guy and very attentive. i ordered a salad with grilled chicken and an iced americano and it was delicious! the atmosphere was very pleasant for having a nice lunch by myself. the salad was fresh and crispy with savory chicken. the best part was my coffee. i’m a big iced americano fan and this one was delicious. i slurped it so quick. i will definitely go back.

Wanted to just get a kids portion of the grilled cheese but was told no after they explained it was for kids…ended up getting nothing and sitting there with my table of ten because they explained i would be charged twice if i wanted to eat what i wanted. do better. kids portions are cheaper because they are smaller, absolutely ridiculous.

We ate here two mornings in a row - it was that good!Menu indicates all gluten free options. All GF options come served on blue plates to denote they are safe.We had the banana bread french toast, crab cake benedict, loaded hash brown and eggs, and the eggs benedict grapevine (with smoked salmon). All four were EXCELLENT, and we experienced very friendly service.The espresso drinks were also very good - fantastic roast, not bitter or burnt.We will definitely be coming back next time we visit South Padre Island!Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options! Menu has everything clearly marked, and gluten free food is served on blue plates to denote they are safe.

Excellent place and service, the food is at a very good price and the portions are huge. You have to wait for the service but they notify you via SMS. The only problem is the bathrooms, there is only one of each, so there was also a line.
