Well date nights are few and far between for us and I am so happy we picked Devine for dinner. The service was great, our server was so attentive. I loved the decor, very hill country chic with mood lighting. I had the lobster risotto special and it was delicious. The hubs had the shepard’s pie and he was very quiet, a good sign. The appetizer was delicious and so were our drinks. I would definitely come back for another date night. Great for a date, or group of adults having fun.

Happy hour is happy till the bill comes. They say 20% off on appetizers but when they bring you up, you do not get the 20%.
So very deceiving, and probably will not come back due to the fraud and deception, which is bad since we really like the server and the food

We travel to visit to Spring Branch often and always make a special trip to Devine. The food is always delicious and the wait staff is top notch. We love enjoying their delicious cauliflower pizza with a bottle of wine to make sure we save room for one of their off the charts desserts. We especially loved the pumpkin cheesecake and ding dong cake.

10 minutes to get water, 10 more before drinks. Place half empty. Waiter blames Chef. Sea Bass (over cooked) like Long John Silver. Beef special (over cooked) load of gravy couldn’t hide it. Shepard’s Pie like potato pancake. Lasagna good. Won’t be back.

We had a girls’ day and ended at Devine Wine Bar during happy hour. Our server, Ellie, was the sweetest, most attentive young lady. She helped us film a cute reel (as we were dressed up for a girls’ day theme), gave our friend a slice of cake for her birthday, and overall provided wonderful service. All of the food and drinks were excellent. And even though we were probably a little too loud for such a classy establishment, everyone made us feel welcomed. We will absolutely go again.

What a little gem! We weren’t in the mood for sandwiches or fried food on a Saturday night, so we decided to skip the usual places that were packed, and try somewhere new. And we are so glad we did. The shepherds pie was yummy, the bread was warm and the pizza was delicious. For an appetizer, two entrees, two glasses of wine, a sweet tea, and a piece of cheesecake, the total was $57. Do yourself a favor. Skip the usual, loud, packed places and stop in here every once in a while. It’s locally owned, the food is great and the atmosphere is terrific.

This place is just plain charming. It is not New York. This is the Texas Hill country. These people get busy because they are that good. Service may be slow at busy times, but it is always worth the wait. Relax, kickback, and enjoy a fantastic Hill Country experience.
