I recently visited Fun Buns Philly & Burger Co. and was disappointed with their lack of accommodation for individuals with disabilities. As someone missing a leg, I asked if they could provide any accommodations, but they informed me that they have nothing in place. For anyone with a disability who might want to dine alone, be aware that this establishment does not offer any support or accessible options. This was a very disheartening experience.

I had a pretty awful experience here. I got the fish sandwich and it was 15 bucks for a 2oz piece of fish. All bun and pickles. A fly also caused me to spill tea on my lap. Then, they made me pay. 20 bucks for no food and having to return home to change. Incredible. They never want return customers. Truly mind-blowing.

Was pretty disappointed with their burger. Just got a cheese burger all the way and it was not good. The bun was way too big for the patty, the meat was under seasoned, fries were soggy, and they didn’t even bother to put any condiments on the burger just on the side. Would not recommend this place as it was $15 bucks for a plain and dry burger and soggy fries… just go somewhere else around the area.

If you want FAST, CASUAL, CONVENIENT and TASTY.......... I have been back once a week for 5 straight weeks. Why? Parking lot is very CLOSE and free. Clean, clean, clean. Burgers and sandwiches are great. Fries are hot. Onion Ring Tower is a MUST try. Wide variety of beers and drinks. They now have soft serve cones, excellent for after dinner. The hostess, Jill (?), is friendly, informative, fun and engaging. All of the young servers are energetic, detailed and polite. Seating - inside in the AC or outside in the shade. Wheel chair access. GREAT place to take the family, kid friendly. Check out the mural on the store front, way cool! GREAT addition to the dining options on HWY 46. The hostess introduced me to an owner tonight. He was warm, friendly and customer focused, a very nice guy. HIGHLY recommend for your casual evening out.

The reviews for this place are spot on! We had lunch there and we were happy with our experience. Aspen took care of us and she was wonderful, naturally we had alot of questions being our first time there and she was great at explaining everything. Big John stopped by to check in on us and he was a joy to talk to. The food was hot and arrived quickly, took a chance on the PB&J burger and I was shocked at how good it all went together. Give yourself a chance to try it out...I'm sure you wont be disappointed! Keep up the good work John...we loved it and will be back soon!
It was an hour and a half to get our food. When the food did come out, everyone's burger was burned to a crisp. Someone aptly described theirs as a hockey puck. Drinks were very expensive, and the menu could have listed the price of each drink right next to the drink, but they didn't.
It wasn't crazy busy for a Saturday night, and even if it was, it's the job of management to deal with it. It took us almost 2 hours from the time we got there to close the check. If I was the management, I would have come out to apologize and done something to make it right. Instead, I'll never go back there.
