There is a young man there with dark curly/ wavy hair, I’d guess he is in his late teens or early 20s. He was working on 3/13/25 and we came in at 8 something. But I just wanna leave a review for him, every time we go in there he is extremely friendly, works tables amazingly, and he works his but off. He has great potential, he is hard working, and if I could choose a server when we go in there I’d always pick him. Absolutely fantastic service!

Absolutely terrific customer service! Great food, as always. If yall come to this iHop ask for Renee to be your server because she was awesome!
Food was properly prepared but because waitress was busy on her phone it was cold. I asked her to take away a used coffee pot that was there when we were seated. She walked away and waved her hand saying it was ok. Pancakes were so cold the butter didn't melt. What so ridiculous about this is their was only 6 other victims in the whole restaurant.

Gave it a second chance and they failed. Stepped inside to put our names down, customer in front and behind me, I counted 10 workers walking around, a few even looked at us. Waited close to 10 minutes, not one worker attempted to assure us someone will be with us. They were not packed or overwhelmed as no one seemed to be moving with any urgency, I also counted 4 tables empty. Oh well, plenty of other places to go. Gave two stars on atmosphere because it did look clean.

The server was new. He did a good job with politeness and quickly. It is still to expensive to go out, but it was national blueberry pancake day. The food was tasty, but for some reason the hash browns were very chewy. It was cooked nicely, but wondered how a potato is tough. It may have grown up in a rough patch.
