I moved our men's bi-weekly breakfast here as our other place was closed for some kitchen renovations. Upon entering, David sat me down in an area in which the server wasn't in yet. Because I asked him to. Our breakfast isn't scheduled until 9 am and I was early. The server also wasn't going to be in until 9 am, so it wasn't an issue to me. He asked if he could get me a drink. Coffee is fine.
As he was bringing me a coffee, Sarah came up asking me if she could get me a drink. I asked if she was our server, she said yes. I said coffee is coming, but a water would be great and 2 hot pots for the other men coming.
Once David had my coffee to me he told me the server for my area was late and he had asked Sarah if she'd be willing to be our server.
The service Sarah and David provided was over the top excellent. It's the best service I've gotten at this location. Our men's group has decided to swap out our men's breakfast as a result. Doing each location once a month.
Food is always good, but nothing is ever perfect. Today, the service to me, was perfect

Food is just ok. Most all frozen sisco food. Nothing to write home about at all. Dont understand the hype. The service was great however he did a great job!

This location feels so homey and welcoming. We already planned on making this our regular spot when we got there but lost any doubt by the end of our meal. Our waitress Hailey was incredibly kind and made sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the meal. She didn’t rush us and was very patient with our 1 year old who was trying to talk to everyone who passed us.
We were going to drink one last cup of coffee before leaving but our baby was being fussy and I didn’t want to disturb others so I took him to the car. Later when my husband came to the car, he let me know that the manager David was kind enough tell my husband that I didn’t have to leave early and reassured us that families are welcome here. He sent us a cup of coffee to go with cream and sugar. It was an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture that we deeply appreciated.
I finally got to enjoy my coffee, thank you David and Hailey for a wonderful Sunday morning!

Wonderful experience! Our server Christopher was prompt, professional and kind. Food was prepped in a timely manner and was delicious! Prepared like the old school vibe before the ihop/applebees transition which we prefer. Manager on duty Justin was doing a great job running his shift and taking care of his team. We will be back.
There are regulars here who are greeted by name. The servers were all very kind. Caden handled our large party cheerfully and effectively!

Gabe was our server and really awesome! He made the experience way better, I had just gotten a new computer and he made great conversation alongside giving me great advice on some video games! The food is always good here, you can tell they change the oil lol. Bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve seen in an ihop. They’re usually playing nice jazz that fits the ambiance if you go later in the day

Everytime I come to this location in particular,I get awesome service,but 3 out of 5 workers that I have encountered,acts like theyre high.They have even talked about it with me.Theyre really friendly,but kind of spaced out.Its still an awesome place though.Food and service is great.

The host who seated us was super nice and very pleasant to talk to, which was a great start. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill.
Our waiter was just okay. He didn’t write anything down while taking our order, which I don’t mind if it’s done correctly—but it wasn’t. One of my child’s meals came out with the wrong pancake, and both kids’ eggs were overcooked. Mine were undercooked. We didn’t send anything back because the kids were hungry and our server barely checked on us. He was too busy constantly going to a young girl who was sitting alone in a booth, not eating, and was there both before and after us. Getting refills was nearly impossible. You basically don’t get a chance to ask until you’re finished eating, which is especially frustrating considering kids’ cups are tiny. Being charged around $4 for only a few ounces of a drink and never receiving a refill is a terrible practice.
Everyone’s bacon came out completely burnt—black burnt—and was not edible. The woman sitting next to us made it clear she was unhappy with her food as well. She barely touched it, didn’t take it home, yet still told the server it was “fine.”
When the bill arrived, we were charged full price despite a large box on the receipt stating “Kids Eat Free.” We had to ask for this to be corrected. The server initially acted like he didn’t know about the promotion, saying, “Oh, are we? Let me ask.” However, I clearly heard him say, “I have kids eat free,” when he brought a handheld device to another employee. This confirmed that he did know the promotion was active and still tried to charge us full price. Watching that employee turn around, make eye contact with me, and give me a nasty glare only added to my frustration.
We cleaned up our table, stacked the plates, paid, and left. The server then followed us out to our vehicle and accused us of not tipping him. This is absolutely unacceptable. We did tip—our bill total was higher by 20%, and we have proof between the bill we were given and what we were charged on our card. He was the one who scanned our payment and handed us the receipt. As someone experienced in restaurant work, I can confidently say that following a customer to their car to confront them about a tip is completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning to this location.
