Do not waste your time nor your money. Spent over 60$ and it was apparently an inconvenience to make 6 sandwiches let alone make even 1 correctly. I even offered to go through the drive thru if that was more convenient for them. They said no they could handle it. I would have left however it was a request for my son’s birthday.

Bad Drivers

Apparently wanting your food in a bag when picking up at the drive thru window is a foreign concept to Jimmy John's. The kid at the window says they don't use bags unless customer asks for one?!?!?! I didn't ask for my sandwich to be wrapped in paper but you did that anyway. I guess I should be happy they didn't charge extra for the bag even though the kid just tossed the empty bag to me through the window after hanging my food through the window. Glad yall pay higher wages and charge more for sandwiches to give worse service.

Ordered the same combo as I have for months and guy at the window said it was $12.98.
That didn’t sound right and when I looked back at my credit card statement previous charge was $11.90.
I asked the guy at the window why it was over a $1 higher and said “Uh, don’t know” and shut the window.
Sure wished there was another Jimmy John’s close!

I ordered 2 combo meals and the money was taken out of my account but the manager said they had no record of my order. I showed her my bank statement but she insisted that she can’t give me “free food” I had to pay twice for my meal.

They messed up my sandwich and unfortunately when we realized it was the wrong sandwich. They had closed and would not fix their mistake. Very rude and very disappointed.

I get mistakes happen but when they do fix them.

I’ve been a customer of the store for two years the last couple of times my dining experience has been the worst. Today I wait in line behind four different orders. I’ ordered and the six orders after mine were all filled while I waited for one sandwich. When I went up and asked about the status, I was told that I shouldn’t have the receipt that I have and I heard the mumble with the idea that I stole this receipt from somewhere. I was trying to get a free sandwich. I told him I would like my sandwich or a refund and the Hispanic gentleman behind the counter with the beer. Spoke to someone else and said I don’t wanna deal with him. Can you deal with him. That made me even more angry about the situation and I told him give me a refund and I will never come back. And he said that is great. Hard to believe that an organization allows staff to treat customers that way, a girl behind the counter told me they were trying to figure out what happened to the sandwich and I said it doesn’t matter to me obviously, you guys forgot to make it and quickly making the sandwich, you’ve decided to discover why I have a receipt that I shouldn’t have Even my loyalty account I paid for the sandwich. ?

Jimmy John's makes a really good sandwich and it really is freaky fast. I usually order in the app when I'm in the Walmart parking lot and my orders usually ready when I get there. The app has a pretty good rewards program to get free food which I always love. I do wish that they had different chips I'm not a fan of the kettle chips.
