While they were closed for a special event, Sheila was kind and welcoming and allowed us to still complete a short wine tasting. Her attentiveness and her staff were really amazing. We greatly appreciated her service as we were a large group and were all from out of town.

I love the unique story of Sheila’s winery! The outdoor seating area is relaxing and beautiful! It’s shaded and has fans so you can enjoy even in the Texas heat. Sheila is knowledgeable, friendly, and her staff equally deliver an amazing customer service experience every visit. I can’t wait to be a wine club member! The Malbec is one of my favorites and I love that she offers flights so you can find your favorite and try something new. The new Friday hours have been our go to “day date” while the kids are at school. Lite bites are fresh, well presented, and so good!

Always a great experience at Kai Simone! The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing and the wines are really great too! The service is great also! Highly recommend checking this place out! They offer private classes and event space too! And a list of preferred vendors so of you’re looking to host an event definitely check that out too! We hosted a brunch and wine tasting and it was amazing!

Tried this winery based on Google reviews and very pleased we did. The winery gives you a choice of tasting 4 or 6 wines and you can pick white, rosé and red. Almost all are Texas sourced and all we tasted were enjoyable. Met one of the owners and chatted engagingly about her business. The good flavor of the wine, the variety, the casual yet inviting atmosphere were great. We will be back!

Was welcomed warmly when we arrived and the wine was very good. We tasted most of the offerings and liked most. We settled on the Sangiovese which was superb. Sat outside with our dog and listened to live music. Dog friendly. Wonderful place will return.

My wife and I loved the place: It is a pleasure to be served by professionals. We ordered very delicious appetizers. The place has an atmosphere that makes you enjoy and savor the wine. We ordered the selection of 4, to try. In the end we liked them all. We will return and continue supporting local businesses.
Just an observation; I don't like drinking wine in plastic glasses, that's how they present the evidence to you. Really, wine, its flavors and smells, are best enjoyed in glass glasses or glasses. In the end, plastic makes an important change in flavor. I would recommend having small glass cups to do the tests.
Recently I just traveled with my dad to Spain, we went to the Rioja area, very important in wines, and there all the tests and tastings are in glass. We were at the Muga and Marqués del Riscal wineries. I think we have a lot to learn from them, especially for a young market like the United States.
I checked out their page (Kia-Simone Winery) and the awards they have won. Gentlemen, I congratulate you widely and you will have me as a regular customer. An honor to have them around.
