Disappearing receipt made the numbers impossible to read when filling out the mcdvoice online. Not happy after being blocked from too many attempts. Get real ink instead of the ink that disappears, and also toxic (cancer causing).

Marcus is absolutely amazing!! He is always so happy to greet me always so professional knows how to custom make my drink how I like it and he’s just a breath of fresh air I truly hope they know the gem they have that’s Marcus! The boy running the second window that works the same shift as Marcus is very sweet to idk his name. Shirt black hair I believe he wears a hat but don’t quote me. There is a sweet girl that works there too I really love the new staff they have!!! It is a night and day difference from bulverde rd and 281 McDonald’s! I will go out of my way thanks to Marcus and his amazing team!!

We live in San Antonio but will wait until we get to this McDonalds in Spring Branch just because we know Marcus will go above and beyond. This McDonalds has more of a human element than the ones closer to town.

This location is going to do well regardless of customer service and it's very obvious owners do not care about public opinion, but we can always hope right? Every time I have ordered here my food is not fresh. Yesterday my fries had clearly been sitting for a bit, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers w/ added mayo and lettuce. The burgers tasted like they had also been sitting for a bit and they just opened them, very messily added way to much mayo and not enough lettuce. It was so sloppy I was frustrated the entire time I was eating. Have some pride in your business people. Train your managers to take pride in the job they're doing. From now on, I personally will wait until the next exit. We have choices now thank goodness!

I walked inside because the driveway was full the lady with glasses at the counter was telling me how long the line is and people were screaming at her . I got the damn impression that she didn't want me ordering she did it to 2 people before her the worked for a junk company. I walked out frustrated then walked back in losing my spot and told her how I felt. And so now McDonald's is not a fast food restaurant? She literally told me I have to wait 20 minutes!!!!! Ok something is not right back there Management needs to step up there's a lot of horseing around, having conversations when they could be assisting the back up .

I cannot believe this place is still getting any business. I walked in and a man was waiting before me. He decided to leave, and he’d clearly been waiting for awhile.
They got to me and a kid asked “ugh, what can I get you?”
He said my order was already made and then I heard the tattooed lady scream at him, so I understand why he seemed depressed now.
The lady then came over and said “what is it?” Absolutely rude.
She said my order was being made and walked away. She handed me the drinks and there was no ice. I tried them and they were incredibly flat.
She threw my food on the counter without a word and walked away. I work management in fast food myself, and this is not how you treat a customer.
