I’ve officially reached my breaking point with McDonald’s. For the millionth time, this place has asked me to pull forward while they “wait” for fries. I sit there for 10 minutes watching car after car get bags of food and drive off behind me. I finally get back in line and go up to the window only to find out they totally forgot about me. This company and its business model has completely lost my trust and business. Going to Sonic and Burger King only from now on. Also, the fries I was waiting for so long for ended up being cold and soggy.

They CONSISTENTLY have the caramel frappe unavailable for ordering ahead, but you can order caramel everything else and order the caramel frappe thru the drive thru just fine. Also fries are always sad :( and taste like they’ve been fried, sat and got cold then fried again :(
Only one guy actually has good customer service during lunch, the rest of the crew at any hour seems very condescending and rude, they don’t smile or even acknowledge you when you get the food just very monotonous and robotic. I’m not asking for a pep squad but why you gotta mean mug me when I come to get my food?

The food is usually pretty good here , a lot of times given unsweetened tea when I ask for sweet. There is always a Hispanic female employee at the drive through window who has poor service and should really get trained on her customer service. Other than that all other employees and food is good 👍

No Drinking fountains, no soda machine in the open, have to pay even for water! How ridiculous
Terrible service overall, also probably should have a literate manager who had worked in customer service because literally yelling at someone In the drive thru not chill,also the deal is 1 20 pc and a bucket of fries there were two ordered we got one bucket before even leaving the drive thru presented a receipt and were told that we were incorrect. Try using the L.E.A.S.T method of customer recovery because clearly it wasn’t taught here. I hope corporate sees this and someone gets some feedback and a lesson in soft skills

It would be helpful to be told that waiting on an order of 3 cookies would take longer than 15 minutes of my time, and maybe give me an option for a replacement/refund.

Sometimes the fries are overcooked.
Maybe consider cleaning the children’s play area. It’s absolutely disgusting, I’m positive you haven’t cleaned that since it opened. Super weird to put a place for kids and then not maintain it.

It's McDonald's, who doesn't like a Happy Meal. But this place did a good job in getting food out and correct.
