Don't get why any fast food joints have to pay so much when customer service is terrible, plus I had a couple egg shells in my sausage mcmuffin. Go if you want, it's McDonald's.

We don’t each out much anymore, but once in awhile it’s nice to grab something you haven’t had in quite awhile.We ordered breakfast yesterday, and being I’m more limited on what I can have… they gave us someone else’s order (we ordered a few egg McMuffins with hash browns). I posted a photo of what we ended up with… not even close.The young lady at the drive-thru window had the biggest scowl on her face and didn’t even acknowledge me when I happily said I hope you have a great day. We all have bad days, but at least be polite instead of just shoving the bag out of the window.Also, it would be good to pay closer attention when you hand out the order. If we ever go back, I’ll also be more diligent to check things. We threw nearly everything away, and I made myself oatmeal at home which is likely what I just should’ve done in the first place.I tried calling three times yesterday to let them know, but no one ever answered the phone.

I am particularly upset about this location they are inconsistent. My daughter is special needs so I go through drive through because it's quicker and more convenient. Previous visits there was no problem with me doing that but the inconsistentcy is annoying y'all need to get everyone on the same

What can I say, it seems like McDonald is not what it used to be anymore, Big Macs are not big, service could be better, milkshake machine broken, it seems it is always broken when I want a milkshake, the place could've be cleaner. Over al,l not a good idea to spend $20 on two "meals". I believe it is time to let this one go.

Went to the Drive-thru and a young lady greets me, I greeted back and asked if they accept apple pay. Suddenly no response, and turns off the menu board without a word. This was my very first visit to this location, lacking communication for service. I suggest for anyone to go the Evans location instead, way better team.

This is the last time we will go to this location. Food is usually cold or sat too long under the warmer lights.Today no french fries were in the bag from the drive thru. When we asked the worker said we were not charged for them. We had paid. We asked for hot fries. When he brought them to us, they were cold. The manager provides no customer service, only surliness. Avoid this location.

We've eaten at McDonald's all across America. This is by far the best ever. Spotlessly clean, friendly, and personable staff lady. Food is perfect as ordered.
I’m only do two stars because there is one girl there that actually cares about her job and it’s the ONLY time my burger comes out the right way!! It’s the easiest burger you can make mayo cheese and tomato only but they can’t even get that right. It’s not hard to do. The lobby is always dirty they always end up cleaning it after you get your food. I have worked in food business for a long time and you DONT sweep the floors when people are eating

If you're a remote worker, This McDonalds is a good place to stop by for some breakfast and do a little work. There is internet and there are outlets available. It's just the right amount of busy.

This was one of the worse I have had! Order in drive tru and it took forever. When I ordered a Mc Crispy Advertise as being Juicy I received a dried out overcooked piece of chicken on a dry bun with two slices of pickle. Did not look even close to the picture they have at the drive tru. I will never come back here and waist my money at this place! I think I will stick to Popeyes for their Chicken sandwich which is actually thick and juicy and has mayo on it not just a dry bun with a burnt chicken cutlet! Also when I got to the window I was asked to try my drink to make sure it was what I wanted!? Really?
