This store was great!! I ordered a pizza and I guess I hit pick up instead of delivery!! The youn man that answered the phone did ma a solid and sent his delivery driver out with my pizza!! Great customer service!! I will definitely be eating more Papa John’s pizza!!!

3rd time I’ve ordered from this store, over 2 hours late everytime - when I call( and I always have to call) they can’t get a hold of the driver. Then they tell me they are 10-15 away everytime I call. The app will show as delivered, but no actual food arrives. 0/5 stars highly do not recommend this location.

I waited 30 minutes for my customers order. And no one would get up to come help me at the counter. They just sat behind a window. And there was only one person making pizzas and he is slow. The owner and/or manager need to get their act together and get some customer service regardless what time of day it is and if they are slow or busy.

I simply don't understand in this day and age when orders are printed out and easy to read why it is so hard to get a pizza made the way you requested. Why even give me the option if you're not going to do it anyway. Every 6 months or so I naively give it another shot and I'll be damned if it's not wrong every time. Don't bother ordering extras. You won't receive them ever and if you want your pizza well done or with light sauce go somewhere else. It seems as if they're simply incapable of following simple directions despite providing those options.
