Lovely winery set in the picturesque hill country. Delicious selection of Reislings in a comfortable relaxing setting. Got to speak with the owner while there. Very approachable and we loved his passion for the grape, as well as, giving back to the community. I look forward to visiting again. Lovely wines...with bold ambitions and a bright future.

While my wife and I were camping at canyon lake we looked for a winery we could visit and am so glad we found this one. Just like other reviewers have already said, the place is awesome. The staff is very very welcoming! We had one of the best waiters seat us then asked if this was our first time there, then explained in detail about how everything works and went into very detailed descriptions of each the wines they offer. Our waiter turned out to be the owner and he was very very professional and super nice! He even gave us a couple of extra bonus wines tastes. The place has music with very catchy tunes that matches up perfectly with the ambience, the waitress’s positive energy, the wine, etc. All in all had a great time and would definitely visit again. Next time however I will go in an empty stomach because they also had food that looked very good but we had a big breakfast that day. Loved the place!

The winery’s ok, but nothing special. The place doesn’t have much in the way of ambience - looks more like an old military canteen than a winery. Our server was lovely, sweet, funny, and attentive, but the actual selection of wines is limited and all way too sweet for my taste. The wine list itself is really tacky-looking, too, not that it really matters, just was in-line with the place’s overall less-than-pretty appearance. I wouldn’t recommend visiting unless you really like sweet white wines.

Everyone in staff was so welcoming. We had a birthday party in the barrel room. Jenn took her time and explained the flavors of each wine. Aloha was my favorite. We will likely return for a relaxing day. Thank you all!!

Howdy y'all. Let's get to it. Lovely hill country winery exceptional hospitality. Now on to the wine. Their wines are all sweet. Like even the cab is sweet and chilled more like a desert wine. I will say I'm not a fan of sweet wines typically, but something about a warm Texas day and this chilled wine works very well together. I highly recommend anyone that likes a typical sweet Reisling wine to visit and I highly recommend that if you don't like sweet wines to spend time visiting other wineries. There are many to choose from.
