Always a great meal and always as good as grandma made it AND the prices are great! Enjoyed the perfectly fried shrimp with mashed potatoes and pinto beans. My husband had the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and fried okra!! We also enjoyed the live entertainment in the main dining room - lady playing Christmas songs on the baby grand piano! Service was great as well!
We had a wedding rehearsal dinner there. There were about 30 of us and they handled the group well. I had the Chicken fried steak regular size, and got full

As authentic a true Texas Cafe could possibly be! Great food, great atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable. I had the large chicken fried steak and 2 men and a boy would have a hard time finishing it.
