Im sitting here where this food truck is supposed to be. The internet says they are open till 8pm but they are not here.
Smoking Grilled Chuckwagon is solid BBQ. On my first visit the sausage was the best of the meats. On this second visit the fatty brisket was better than the offerings of all the other BBQ spots in the area. Melt in your mouth with a good kick of salt.
Portions here are very generous. If you're going down 306 and want take-out BBQ this is the place. At the time of this review, it appears to be open Tues/Wed and Fri/Sat.
The brisket and beans are out of this world. Very good!!! Slow down on 359 - this is a great place to stop & enjoy a good meal.
