Given a gift card to this place for Christmas and decided to just only cash it in. Order when you come in, they give you a ticket, you give the ticket to the waitress upon sitting, and get your food. Interesting concept but it keeps the high turnover of the tables. We sat outside so we could watch the kids play at the playground.
Server was great! Food came quick and service is great. We ordered burgers for us both and quesadillas for the kids. They were all very delicious and savoury. Not a big fan of the small fries but they were good.

Have eaten here before without issues but tonight was horrible. Came to enjoy my niece's bday dinner with family and during most of our dinner the staff was scraping chairs and tables across the floors around us to set up for another larger group and did not try at all to not be as loud as they could possibly be - we couldn't even hear each other or talk over the loud scraping of chairs and tables that all of us were becoming more and intolerant of. Several family members left the room because it was too much and so loud. All it took was maybe LIFTING UP THE CHAIR OR TABLE. Will not be back. It made what was supposed to be a night of celebration pretty miserable as this rearranging took up most of our meal. Staff has no awareness or consideration of the guests.

I ordered the grilled salmon and my husband ordered the blackened mahi mahi. They both were absolutely delicious! The playground is perfect for kids and the service was great!

The dumbest ordering process. Order up front just to take the ticket to the table to hand it to a waitress and clarify what you want again. The food was subpar at best for the price. Better options down the road.

Service and food were generally good, but the Chicken Sandwich was disappointing. Flavor-wise, it was decent, but the chicken was practically non-existent—mostly bread with a hint of meat. Definitely not what I expected for a “chicken” sandwich.

Two nights ago, so 3 days after Christmas, we ordered take out from here. By midnight, everybody in my family that had the chicken ceasar salad was throwing up and was down the next day with food poisoning. Would definitely be careful...

We love this local place, they are very supportive of the community and workers are all great! Pro tip get the loaded baked potato with crispy chicken with a side of buffalo sauce and ranch and you have a buffalo chicken baked potato!!! So so good!!!

We are so happy that The Branch came to our neck of the woods! Whenever we have company from out of state, we like to bring them here to show them when really good Texas cooking, and hospitality look like. They always love the meal, and the service that they receive. We would never take that chance on a place that we aren’t 100% sure of. EVER! So, if you want great appetizers and wonderful like-home cooked meals—go down to The Branch—we have never been disappointed. Ever. Thank you, everyone at The Branch, you are truly great at your jobs and we appreciate it!!

Kid-friendliness: We very often bring our children and grandchildren and they are quick to accommodate the little ones. If the babies aren’t happy—ain’t nobody happy! And they are with such good treatment!

This restaurant had it down, taking pre-orders if desired, prompt service, friendly wait staff, great food - and even a very nice outdoor play area for children. This restaurant will not disappoint.
