They made an event for a swag day in Dyer Indiana that said March 15. Turns out it was the weekend before. When I contacted them about it, their response was ‘we’ll keep this in mind for the next time we announce swag day’. Keep what in mind? That you put the wrong date on an event?! Brand new location and clearly has zero customer service. No thanks.

Went there for the first time today. Guy who took our order was very nice. After waiting a tall guy with black curly hair and circle glasses came up to our window and started making rude and inappropriate comments about me through the window. When asked to stop he said “just trying to figure out why you look like that.” Not sure what was wrong with him but it was incredibly rude and unexpected. Wish I had asked for a refund and left.

We went here the last 2 days for the free small drinks! Absolutely LOVE the blue raspberry iced energy drink and the brunette coffee is absolutely delicious! The staff is so friendly and the service is fast! This was a new location in Lima Ohio!
I stopped by on my way to work in a hurry! 3.5 minutes from the road,2 lanes full, out with coffee in hand! Awesome job🥰👍👍👍

EVERY time I’m there, at LEAST 2-3 cars who ordered AFTER I did are out on there merry way with their drinks before I have mine! Until the Christiansburg location can make the drinks in the progression of which the orders actually came in, I’ll stick with Starbucks! It is BEYOND frustrating.

Never been here, but received a free drink coupon in the mail to come try it. They let us have a smoothie. We tried the strawberry smoothie. It was smooth and strawberry. It was mildly sweet.
They mainly sell drinks here and also have one food item which is a muffin top. Tried the blueberry muffin top and it was good.
The service was good. The person who took our order, explained the menu to us and gave us some of her personal favorites.
