This location is absolute trash. I am a regular to the 7 brew 8n Conroe and been to this location twice, Both times my coffee was a disaster and tasted like trash. You all need to be retrained on how the drinks are made, Take pointers from the conroe crew, they are amazing! Will not be back here. ✌️
New 7brew customer, always had an amazing experience here! It’s 6am came after the gym and when I received my drink the ice was so full I could not even insert the straw. I went back and spoke to the person who was super kind and said she got me!! While driving up I over heard the young woman making it rudely saying, “that’s how she wanted it.” Then proceeded to look at me upset. I was kind and held a smile (check camera you’ll see, I also have it on dash cam.) I asked for a manage young man said there’s was none. I asked for her name same young man stated he could not give names out. I drive over twenty minutes to come here. I will not return and it sucks because I love this coffee. But will not spend my money where there is customer service like this. I will stick to Starbucks where they would have smiled and kindly fixed the issue.
I did add a couple times to the young man, why the attitude I’m happy.
To add this is maybe my 5-6th time here never had it so full! If they would of kindly suggested how to order in the future. It would have been so much better.

The coffee is AMAZING, I always get the black coffee and it’s fantastic. A little on the “not so strong” side, but it’s not watery at all. Which is quite difficult to achieve. The coffee is hot, it’s fresh, and it’s good. They’re very talented and quick too. I order my drink(s) and before I can get settled in a chair, they’ve already gotten my coffee and brought it to me. They have amazing customer service, they’re all very nice, and like I said, fast as well. For those of you who don’t like the bitterness of black coffee, I’d recommend trying the German Chocolate Coffee, it’s a nice blend of sweet with a mild coffee taste. In summary: great quality coffee, great service, great environment, 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!

Good service! Drinks were delicious! If you like Vanilla and sweet yet strong get you an Iced Blondie and I added whip. Sorry for Pic but so you can get an idea. Iced Caramel Macchiato is on the stronger side.
