I've loved Abu Omar Halal for a long time. Now that they have these new boxes. The food taste horrible. The hot food absorbs the waxy box taste and smell. I've tried to call and no one picked up. This box ruins the food. It tastes like a waxy cardboard box.

the size of the shawrma wrap was very small and tiny compare to the price , the size used to be larger and filled with meat. I dont think I would buy from them again unless they change the size of the wrap or they make reduction in the price.
We had a great experience that night, with excellent food and a fresh salad. However, our return visit today around 3 pm was disappointing. The beef shawarma bowl's salad was stale, with brown cucumber, and the bowl was not full. The rice was also overcooked, and we hope it was not leftover. Additionally, the shawarma sandwich needed extra sauce, which we had to request on the side.

There to pick up a mobile order that was placed online 9 minutes prior. They told me 5 additional minutes. Nobody was in line. They literally only had one order to work on. Okay, so take an extra 5 minutes.I'm thinking. Ten minutes later the food is still not done and I inquire. The cook gets all upset and tells me another five minutes. Why do you lie to customers?

The fries are cold and seem to be leftovers from yesterday. The food is greasy—the oil even covered the outside of the pie—and the fries are very salty, which I wouldn’t recommend for people with blood pressure, heart problems, or high cholesterol. There’s also a lot of lettuce and vegetables inside. Overall, a bad experience.
