Long over due review. I usually place orders and pickup, but I also dine in occasionally. My recommendations are: Rainbow, Shaggy Dog, Beef tataki (spicy), Out of control and Phoenix rolls, Entrees I like are Chiraishi and Tempura (seafood combination). By the way, I think Akashi has the best tempura dishes around. I like that the tempura items (either fish shrimp or veggie) are not oily and have a good crispy texture. Also, try the Red Snapper teriyaki (weekdays lunch) and appetizers Hamachi kama and gyozas. Thanks for the delicious food Akashi, keep it up!Parking: Enough parking spaces around. We have never had issues regarding this aspect.

My family loves this restaurant! The food is delicious, fresh, and prepared swiftly (both dine-in and take-out). It’s always clean. We find Akashi to be very family friendly. We have two toddlers who love the food, and we never feel like they’re an inconvenience or annoyance. The staff is always very warm and efficient. You’ll love with!

Having ordered pickup multiple times, we enjoy the food, and will be stopping in to eat soon. Worth it!**Food is more on the conservative side of saltines so add if you like to taste, but the food tastes fresh so it's not a problem for me to open a soy sauce or add me some salt.**Kid-friendliness: . This is one of the few food places around here that I can order from because he is allergic to most sauces, chilis, etc when we do not make it at home. So whatever fresh stuff they are using, thank you.
Decent place. Good service and nice food. I felt they were a bit short on the protein and the rolls were smallish. Overall I felt the cost was a bit high compared to the quality of food. The restaurant was very clean and nice.

This isn't a bad place if you're new to sushi. There is a HUGE overwhelming selection of rolls but 90% of the them had eel sauce. They also didn't have a huge selection of just sushi and sashimi.There is also a HUGE Chinese food menu but I didn't try that side.

The food was good and the setting is nice. The service was quick. The shaggy dog had cream cheese which made it weird and the shrimp was fried in a thick batter. The dragon and phoenix looked better then it taste. Something was off about it.

I decided on this place for my birthday and it did not disappoint. I got the igloo roll and it was really good and their pickled ginger tasted high quality. they have both Japanese and Chinese food and both are great highly recommend.
