Never have I been to another sno place with such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is just as sweet as the sno! Rick does an amazing job with the flavor-to-sno ratio, and every time I've been, its never a miss. Everyone is so friendly and sweet, and the sno is so fluffy and flavorful. Worth every penny I have ever spent! Keep up the good work Bahama!

Good Customer service is key. I will spend my money with a business with great customer service and a mediocre product/service than with a business with poor customer service and a great product/service. When it's the manager that lacks good customer service, I will take my money and business where come sense, problem solving skills, and logical thinking is in the forefront.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I placed a pickup order for 4:02PM under my name and left at 4:39 PM without my order. I was in line for 25 minutes and after getting to the window I waited about 10 minutes, the employee tried to hand me a bottled flavor instead of my order. When I explained what I was there for, I was told the system showed my order had already been picked up, which was not true.
The manager told me there was nothing she could do and that I’d have to wait until Monday to speak to someone for a refund or resolution. My partner and I spent about 40 minutes in line only to leave empty-handed and frustrated. It’s unbelievable that a refund or solution couldn’t be provided right away.
My family and I have always enjoyed coming here, but this experience really let us down. I honestly don’t see myself coming back after this.

Very good! Ordered and served within 5 mins. Staff was friendly and looked happy to be there, clean environment. Perfect consistency, toppings mixed throughout my entire large snow cone.

Extremely slow! We waited in the drive thru for 20 mins. We then headed inside where I was the second person in line. Literally ordered a baby and had to wait another 20-25 minutes. After stating how ridiculous my wait had been , I was then given my snow cone. I watched the associate put ice in cups with her gloves on, then push trash down with the same gloves, look at orders using her hands on the touch screen then go back to making orders with the same gloves. Unacceptable!

This place is nice, and their customer service was fantastic!!! Since I had never been there, they provide you with samples (upon request) to any of the hundreds of flavors they offer. After sampling 2 or 3 different flavors, I decided you can't go wrong with any of them. I wanted something spicy. So, I chose a margarita with chamoy and tajin. It was an excellent combo...although I was wanting something more like jalapeño. Again, you can't go wrong. I'll be back.

everything was good when i went other than one of the snowcones not having any ice cream in it when i paid for ice cream and it shows ice cream on my receipt
I’ve ordered party packs from here twice and am throughly impressed with their professionalism! The ice is “snowy” and the service is impeccable. Would definitely recommend!

I've been here twice in the last couple of weeks and had a poor experience with the same team member both times. None of the employees here wear nametags or identifiers but the team member is a shorter, skinny, female of what looks to be mixed race with short natural hair. Both times I've had an interaction with her she always gives a stank face or some kind of attitude when she's just doing her job. Tonight I didnt hear her call my order because they always bring the order to us at the table so I was distracted, so she shouted my order at me with a pointed look and when I got up and apologized she rolled her eyes and turned away quickly without a word. This girl behaved similarly on my first ever visit to Bahama Bucks as well, it's clear she does not have the temperament for customer facing jobs and I implore management to either give her a reality check, an attitude check, or her final paycheck because severe attitudes like that, when simple mistakes on the customers part are made, are going to run off new and returning customers like myself. The only reason this isnt a 1 star review is because my orders on both visits were correct and delicious.
