The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and insisted I order something I did not. I know what I ordered. One item. Very simple. Soup. Not two soups, not sweet and sour chicken, not anything else but one bowl of soup.

Eh... pretty lame Pad Thai, in my opinion.

I ordered the combination Pad Thai (didn't see it on the menu). I asked the young man behind the counter of it came with fried egg. He said he didn't know. I pointed to the description of the dish, on the menu, and he said "well if it says it, then it does". I was specifically asking if it came with a fried egg on top, which is the only way I've ever had it anywhere else. He said "I don't know, I've never..like.. ordered it." Verbatim, just like that. So I stated.. "Well, you work here, so can you ask?". He did go in the back and ask and then said no, but could add it for an extra charge. I elected yes, add it. I also noticed all the employees couldn't wait to put their face down in their phone after any bit of human interaction, instantly. Except, one young girl, who appeared to be the waitress, waiting on tables and walking in and out of the back. Some other young man was walking in and out of the back and when he'd enter the dining area, he'd sit down and put his face in what appeared to be some type of hand-held gaming console. Employees just seemed detached and distracted, big time.

The pad thai was basically just brown noodles, some meat, and my egg on top. The egg was probably the most appetizing looking part about it. I added that, remember. And it wasn't very good. I wouldn't order it again.

I've added a photo of a competitor pad thai, just for reference (what it's supposed to look like). The lousy looking one is the one I got from Bao's tonight. ?

I love eating your food it's always delicious every time ..the only thing I wish is that the wonton soup with the change cuz that's my most favorite ever in all Chinese restaurants.is that meat inside the wontons tastes like hot dogs every time , the broth is yummy savory. Hope that can be fixed for future reference!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Food was DISGUSTING. I got the china stir fry and omg it has been definitely just been sitting in a pot somewhere. Sauce was all clumpy looked like brown jell-o, barbecue pork appetizer was beef jerky, the red sauce was literally watered down ketchup, sprite tasted like medicine had to get a water because of it. Never coming back. I might sound like a Karen right now but this place sucked. First and last time.

I'm so impressed by the food and service here! My whole family loved it. Massive portions, great quality meat (no fatty bits or excessive breading) and great flavors! And the price was amazing! The staff was so kind in being extra cautious with my daughter's food allergies (peanut and sesame) and made sure to inform us which dishes to avoid. We will surely be coming back again!

Crab Rangoon was very disappointing, especially since I was craving it. Hardly any filling and very hard/ stale. The rest of our food was okay, nothing special. Wouldn’t order again.

Butterfly shrimp size of my palm, shrimp, and inside the old oil crust shrimp was a size of my thumbnail….. Our steamed potstickers, barely even cold and raw inside…,Called and she was just silent and said they had no manager. We’re done going here!!

Delicious food that's fresh and hot. And portions are enough for two meals. My new favorite Chinese restaurant in the Woodlands area. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to friends

We have supported this restaurant since the day they opened. They've always had pretty good food. We have noticed that the quality of food has been let's just say going downhill lately. Tonight's experience was the worst Chinese food we have ever had out of all of the places we visited. My wife called and spoke to the manager this evening,5/12/24 at around 7:00 p.m. she told her about the experience that we have had and the manager was just like it was no big deal to her.
My guess is they must be under new ownership. If that's the case they suck.
