I had a mixed feeling though it wasn’t my first time. I was in a rush to get something for a friend on my way. The sales associate was busy with another client. I waited a bit and after she was free I pointed the product and my finger touched the glass of display box. She rudely asked me not to touch ( honestly it wasn’t intentional from my side). I said sorry to her then she said she knew she has to clean it anyways. I was speechless. Is that normal how a sales person behave with a client??? I felt a bit offended.

Sidney not only served up a delicious cup of joe but also took the time to guide me through the intricate process of brewing with a Chemex.
