Barbarossa Coffee Roasters

I finally got a chance to try this coffee shop. The atmosphere is wonderful with plenty of beautiful places to sit and enjoy. Service was mediocre. We waited in line for a while and had a few customers go ahead of us before being recognized by a barista. We ordered two iced lattes (salted maple and honey lavender) and a chocolate croissant. The iced lattes were lacking in espresso, not much lavender or maple flavor. The croissant was overheated and extremely hard on the outside, making it difficult to eat. Honestly, the lobby is beautiful, but the product and price were not it for me. $6 for a croissant or muffin, seems high for it to be served incorrectly.

If you are in a hurry DO NOT STOP HERE!

If you want a good product, served by VERY nice and courteous staff. This is your place! Most of the products are made locally. There is plenty of seating with laptop table space and lots of electrical outlets. I could not recommend this place more, if, and only if, you have plenty of time. But, if you are in any time constraint, even thinking about stopping here will slow you down. It's basically a French restaurant's paced service.

Don't get Dubai chocolate from here, It is a ripoff!! The chocolate is small and packaged inside a larger presentation to make it seem like you're getting a big chunk. Well that wouldn't be a problem if the chocolate would have enough pistachio filling inside. But you get two thick layers of chocolate and a very thin layer of filling. Not worth it, make it yourself or seek someone who makes these.

Too Long waits, employees on phone

Normal Sunday morning, not very crowded. But it took 10 minutes waiting in line just to take my order (only 3 people in line ahead of me!), then 20 minutes of waiting to get a black coffee and a croissant! Slowest baristas I have ever seen. Through the window, I saw the same cars in the drive-though waiting as long as I was! 30 minutes for a black coffee and a croissant?!? If I wasn't there meeting friends, I would have asked for a refund and left. Definitely not worth the wait!

The place is clean (beside the bathroom)
The staff is extremely nice
The music and sound system is just horrible..
Just loud music an, I can’t complain absolute the type of music since I guess everyone has is test but hardcore rock music at 11 am is a bit of a surprise

Any place that calls themself coffee roaster should put roasting date on coffee bags. A few bags used to have, provided feedback to staff while back and today’s visit none of coffee bags have roasting date!

I recently visited your coffee shop for breakfast, and I was surprised to find out you didn’t have any jelly available. Jelly is a common breakfast condiment, and not having it was disappointing. To make matters worse, the employee at the drive-simply stating that there was no jelly with not carrying attitude. I think it’s important to ensure basic items like jelly are stocked and to provide better customer service. I hope this can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Im often go in here and today a lady karis M attending to me and she was rude like i ask her what kind syrups they have and she told me any one you can imagine like this is no a way to answer to a costumer she was really rude and also she even said thank you they need to be more nice

Very Good coffee, we are long time lovers of this coffee house. But, don’t order from the Gosling location on Uber eats. They do their own deliveries (which I hate) so you can’t keep track of where they are, when they arrive or anything. Then they are likely to cancel the order if they have no one to deliver it to you. If you don’t have a delivery driver then don’t offer the service. Waited 30 minutes just for them to cancel my order. Not an ideal way to start a busy Saturday morning. Just ordered again from 2920 location and it’s on the way in less than 5 minutes. I’ll just keep going back to old faithful! 2920 store doesn’t disappoint

Good service and atmosphere! WiFi is stable and music is great. Seating is abundant and comfortable. Coffee was not the greatest. Flat white had too much milk, so I also can’t comment on coffee itself.
Had a cheesecake which was tasty! Would love some sort of soft chocolate dip with it.
Would come back for the vibe alone to work.
