I visited the store a week ago, but the problem persists. Without a scanner, the app is unusable at this location. They've been without a working scanner for several months. Despite numerous complaints, they haven't done anything to fix it. I hope they replace their scanner soon.

The ice cream was great, but the service was even better! The lady who helped us, Valentina, had such a big heart and was incredibly kind to everyone. When she noticed a child was having a tough time, she offered her a little extra sprinkle surprise. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Her friendly attitude really made our day. We will definitely be back!

They don't have a scanner so you can't use your Baskin-Robbins app at this location. You will not be able to redeem or collect rewards because they don't have a scanner to scan the barcode

Ice cream was okay but not my favorite. I had the lemon custard. Maybe I just chose the wrong flavor but it left a funky taste in my mouth. The rest of my family all agreed their orders were "okay". Maybe the ice cream cakes are the way to go? Service was good though.
