Ordered a birthday cake here and it looked perfect! The handwriting and piping was beautiful. Loved it! The cake will be a little hard since it's frozen, so just let it sit out for about 5-10 min and it'll be a soft cake with ice cream.

We went tonight to get ice cream and my husband found a hair in his ice cream waffle cone. It was really gross. When I went to the counter to show them, the staff said sorry and offered us another cone. Uh, no thanks.

Usually this is my favorite Baskin-Robbins location with great service until tonight. Got there at 8:40 p.m. the lights were off the doors were locked the online and the door says they close at 10pm. We saw some people inside and waved at them & they said through the door they close at 9pm it was 8:40 p.m. We left.

The award for angriest employee goes to the young women working this store tonight. She had been left to work the store to closing alone. I'd be angry too. A young women working alone until 9:00 pm is unsafe and unacceptable. However, our family was out for a celebratory ice cream after a school concert and this employee's rudeness took the fun out of our outing. I'd like the owner of this store to know that he/she put their employee at risk and also ended up with some customers who will not be back. There's a Brewster's right down the road... I gave a second star because the employee did remake my daughters milk shake as requested because the first one was the consistency of chocolate milk, not a milk shake. The second one was good and our ice cream was as expected. I do not blame the employee for being upset at having to work the store alone and close the store alone, but I do hold her accountable for her incredibly poor attitude. I made a couple of understanding comments about her having to be there alone in order to give her the opportunity to turn it around by engaging us in conversation. She was having none of it. Silent. Sullen. Angry. To the owner: if you're short staffed, work it yourself. If you are unable or unwilling to do that, put a note on the door and close early for the day. You lost a lot more by being open with an employee with a bad attitude than you would have lost if you had just closed a few hours early.
