This place sucks. I went here last night to try to order something and I realize why I haven't been here in about eight years. The place sucks and always has.
7 PM and only the drive-through is open according to the sign on the window.
Tried to order a banana split, but I was immediately told that they are out of chocolate ice cream.
I thought Baskin-Robbins was known for 31 flavors. Well, I guess that doesn't apply here.
The employee who work to drive-through just pretended like she didn't give a damn. She sounded like she could care less what I spent my money there are not.
Well, I left and did not spend my money here. Went to a competing business nearby instead and got better service plus they had what I wanted.
I just read a lot of the reviews on here and I have to agree with all of them.
Every time I've ever been to this location, I've had a bad experience. It's mainly the employees that make the experience bad. They just seem like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there.
I would say close it down, but that's not the right answer. If they close it down with these bad employees will just go work to another business.
No, just keep the place open so I know not to come here. I promise you Baskin-Robbins that I will not be back here ever again.

I went last week to buy my sons a cake just to find out that the inside was close before 6pm and then went to drive thur she name all characters cakes and then after that she said they were out of cakes.while proceeding to leave I did not see no one in the store went to another location and got better customer service and was able to go in I been ordering my sons cakes from Baskin Robins for years I never had to order online.I always went in and got what cake they had and have them decorate them.it seems like to me some one did not want to do they job.

This review has been a long time coming, and it’s well deserved. This location is terrible, and has an outdated appearance. The employees don’t want to work, and will be the reason this location shuts down. I am really surprised it’s still open. Anytime I ask for a shake, I’m told the blender is broken— it’s like I’ve pulled up to McDonald’s and not Baskin-Robbins. The employees just want to stand around, talk and get paid for doing nothing. They only have basic flavors, and even ran out of chocolate before which is pathetic.
In a rare instance where the blender is “working” there is too much milk in the shake, as if the employees are not following the recipes and choosing to free-style your order to get you out of their way. Also, they don’t follow the pre-measured ice line on the cups, they will give you a cup full of ice and a few sips of your drink.
You can be the only person in the drive-thru and still wait 15 min for a simple order. I’m starting to believe the owner of this location doesn’t care, because I’ve lived in this area for 8 years now—and nothing changes. Do not bother coming to this location, let’s help it close down like the employees want. Hopefully it will be replaced by another business we can look forward to visiting.

Dear owner, main reason your business has 2.9 stars is not only because there are never any flavors besides the basics! On top of that , your young employees who spent 90% of the time smoking and other 10% shutting down the dining room forcing customers to come to drive through. Where one can keep repeating orders to three different people and still repeat the order just to know “we don’t have that flavor”. Very disgusting service and it’s about time you fix your hot fudge machine!!

Went in on a Friday night to get ice cream waffle cone since they close at 9. I went in at 7:30 and a paper sign on door say inside closed at 7:00 and to go the drive thru while 2 employees were in there laughing and talking. So I proceed to drive thru and wanted to order Jamoca almond fudge their very common flavor on waffle cone or cup and they said they were out of all of it waffle cup waffle cone and Jamoca almond fudge. Why are they open than? I never go in for donuts since donuts are not processed there and come from elsewhere but I knew they had ice cream. I should have read all the reviews before I came. Avoid unless you want to be dissapointed.
If I could give no star i would. Ordered banana split but the guy forgot the banana. He asked what I like on it told him the classic flavor. The. Stands clueless and says if I want caramel on all 3 because out of chocolate and strawberries. You can’t make this stuff up. Worse BR ever. Don’t bother.
