Went to this place tonight to pick up an online order and stood there while they took everybody else’s order that came in instead of grabbing the online orders and handling them. I waited 30 minutes total and part of that went back outside to the car while I waited for them to start the order then tried to go through the drive-through because it started storming and they told me I had to come in and get it seems like the manager is just sitting in the back doing absolutely nothing while the place is packed and one girl is making ice cream and the girl working drive-through is the slowest most incompetent person I’ve ever encountered Save your time money and experience and just go to Handel’s ice cream.

Horrible customer service. Walked in, Open sign on and doors unlocked. We arrived well before closing. Waited till we walked all the way to the counter in the back to tell us “we closed” with an attitude after the guy in the back told the guy in the front to tell us that.

This place is never open. It’s crazy. If you ask them why they’re always closed, beware of the rude responses. How they are not shut down / out of business is beyond me. I left a message (direct through Baskin Robbins customer service) for the owner to provide feedback. Nobody ever contacted me.

This location does not open on time. This is the third time I have visited at 10 minutes past opening and it is locked and dark inside. No one is answering the phone and I have a cake to pick up for a birthday at work. The worst part is that I can see someone walking around the back office but no answers at door or phone.

I can honestly say today was the worst experience I've had over years of buying ice cream at BR. I've always ordered the exact same thing at multiple locations all over the Houston area including this location. Tonight, I was told that they could not make me a fresh pint of ice cream half butter pecan, half chocolate. I asked to speak to manager Adele who was VERY rude and was told they can't and never have done it, but I've ordered multiple times at that location. I left the store and clearly, they did not want to do it or serve me. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received tonight.

Great service! Such well mannered teens working both times I've been. Last time I went inside I was greeted by Diego who was kind and offered a few suggestions to me and my bf for our 2 scoop sundaes. After all these years never would've thought of trying pineapple coconut in my sundae with hot fudge. Who knew?
