The service was poor. The server had an unfriendly attitude and showed little interest in providing good service. It’s disappointing because you go to a restaurant to enjoy yourself, not to feel uncomfortable because of how you’re treated. They should work more on customer service.

Had a great experience at Big City Wings! The food was really good fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. Our server Logan was amazing and truly made the visit stand out. He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, he’s the main reason we’ll be coming back. Great food and even better service!

This was a really shocking Thursday.
We came in to watch a football game together, and it was the first time my dad had all of his kids together (five people, one sa total.) From the moment we sat down, it felt like we were not wanted. For the first two hours, we were the only people in the restaurant, seated, watching the game, and ordering food and drinks at a normal pace.
Our server, Aaron (who gave strong Jasper from Twilight energy), seemed to dislike us immediately. Food came out slowly and in pieces literally after we had already finished eating. While we were the only guests in the building most of the time, Ace (?) and Aaron openly talked about us, pointing, laughing, and scoffing, making it clear the behavior was directed at us. It’s a small space, there was no mistaking it.
We said “please” and “thank you” and tried to keep things light, but the energy remained cold and dismissive. After about an hour and a half, Aaron warmed up slightly but only after I repeatedly thanked and apologized back-to-back for no reason because the attitude had me genuinely worried our food would be messed with. That is not a position a customer should ever be put in.
We stayed nearly three hours, ordering around four to five food items and fewer than eight drinks, including alcohol. Despite that, we were treated like an inconvenience from the start.
The wings were good, but the rest of the food was disappointing. The space was clean, but it felt empty for a reason. Drinks are weak, had to ask for an extra shot which Ace did provide so that was nice. We also had to have an orange creamsicle remade because all smoothies were watery but that one had no flavor.
I rarely speak up, but this experience was genuinely shocking. There is no reason to treat paying guests this way, especially people simply trying to watch a game and spend time with family. I wish I were exaggerating; whip out the cameras. I honestly feel bad for whatever those two are going through to treat others that way… literally for walking into an establishment meant for watching sports and eating with a group like???????? I would never tell anyone to eat here unless I hated them.

Worst wings I’ve had in my life. I got the lemon pepper hot and the spicy ranch hot. They both just tasted like salt and oil, a little flavor but zero heat. Each box had a full layer of oil resting on the bottom! They were fried well though…
The brownie and ice cream were both stale crunchy, just terrible!

Manager is way into himself. Older white guy with tattoos on his arm. The daily menu special clearly states big beers on Monday, no time listed. Bartender said she couldn't do anything but could get the manager. He came over and right away was very smug. he said said sorry it's night only. I told him that was disappointing and he said sorry don't know what to tell you, you can go somewhere else.
