KEVIN WAS AMAZINGG! We were able to experience a stellar dinning experience because of him. He gave perfect suggestions, extremely nice and knowledgeable. He was very capable, we even thought he was the manager the way that he was on top of everything and truly committed to his position and our experience.

WOAH. First off, they could have served me fried dog poop, and I would have eaten it with a smile because the service from Kevin was PHENOMENAL. It has been a long time that my husband and I have received that quality of service while eating out! The food though was fantastic quality for price. Hands down better Boneless wings than any other chain. The crisp was perfect and the sauce options are numerous! This was our first experience at a Big City wings, and we will be back for sure!

My husband and I came for lunch and our waiter recommended the daily special so that’s what we got and the food was great! We also had amazing service from Kevin! Ask for him he will take great care of you.

I’ve always had bad experience last time I dine in they took over 30 mins just to ask for our drinks , when they brought the food it was cold . Service was bad and now my boyfriend ordered door dash and they completely messed up my order and did not send no dipping sauce, they really just bad here and it sucks bc I love BCW but not from this location

Had the boneless wings... Spicy ranch dry rub. Great stuff! Lots of different flavors for wings and lots of other unique food choices. Chicken and waffles, great burgers, great selection of beer, lots of TV's with all the sports you can handle. Always a good time at Big City Wings!!Visited again and had the Dirty Bird sandwich. Order came out great, but had a few issues with our order that didn't. Crowded night though with the NFL draft going on, could've just been a fluke... My son had the chicken and waffles, forgot to bring out the syrup to go with it until he was already half way done. Still has a decent time...
