Bigotes Street Tacos

Omg! This is a small family owned establishment that is a hidden gem. The queso lamb baria tacos and the ranchero beans were amazing. The guacamole was fresh. The peach margarita was refreshing. It came with 3 tacos and surprisingly, I could only finish 2. I was full for the rest of the day. If I lived in the area, this would be my weekly Taco Tuesday spot.

Really great street tacos! This is a great way to spend an afternoon / evening outside eating street tacos! The food here is really delicious, fresh and seasoned perfectly (and not salty). Love their tacos and love the atmosphere! We have driven past the Bigotes sign several times (which is only visible in front of a gas station). This food truck is now in a new location at the Gosling Food Truck Park. Stopped in the other night to give them a try. I got the Platillo, which is any protein with refried beans, potatoes, and rice. Went with the fajita and corn tortilla options. Washed it down with an apple soda. Did not get any salsa with the meal, not sure if that was intentional. The fajitas needed the salsa--not much flavor.
