Good coffee but drive thru is really slow, had to back out due to sitting there for a good 10 minutes.

Horrible weak coffee. Club atmosphere, loud pumping music even in restrooms.

The place is like walking into a club. Loud club music blasting everywhere, even the restroom! Never stopping to get coffee at Rock Coffee. ?

Great coffee, nice atmosphere.

I drink coffee because I enjoy it, not for the caffeine so I appreciate when a coffee house can whip me up a decaf espresso or latte. Also, I like that the amount of coffee seems to vary depending on your order. Some coffee shops will give you a double shot in your medium and your large but just vary the milk - I'm not 100% sure, but that did NOT seem to be the case here.

I also like that the coffee options are hot, cold and blended. Nice that you can get a blended coffee in any flavor when you'd like it.

A little pricey, even for coffee, but not so much it would prevent me from returning or from deducting a star.

Black Rock is my go-to spot for great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. As a regular, I always appreciate the friendly faces, especially Isaiah, who consistently provides excellent service with a smile. The drinks are always top-notch, and the staff go out of their way to make every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I visited Black Rock for the first time today (09/13/24) and was not familiar with their coffees at all. I spent a few minutes explaining what I like to the sweet young lady at the register and she crafted the perfect latte for me. I wish I had asked her name (I typically do) so I could mention her here because she was so helpful and patient while we worked it out. My coffee was great and the experience was even better thanks to her. I will return to this location in the future.

Dietary restrictions: The young lady asked me if I would like any alternative milks like coconut or almond.

Mediocre coffee place.
Coffee is decent enough, some being too sweet or not containing any flavor of coffee whatsoever. Place and setting is nice, service is good, and is a nice place to study.

I came here everyday since this place open but it is not the same like it used to. The drive thru wait time is extremely long, I timed it my last visit was like over 15 min. The staffs were nice but my gosh the restrooms are dirty…like literally I afraid to using it.

Placed an online order showed up and they didn’t even start my order. The ran out of donut holes and had nothing we wanted to substitute it with so we asked for a refund. The girl said she couldn’t cancel it on her end that we had to do it on our end. There was no way of canceling on my end. Then she said she canceled it. (Hopefully I get my money refunded back to me. I waited for my drink to be made and they gave other peoples theirs after I placed mine. Finally got it and my hot coffee was no hot at all. Not even lukewarm warm. Horrible customer service!! This was our second time coming and the first time we waited for a long time and the coffee wasn’t that great. Definitely won’t be back.

I love the coffee here the Caramel Blondie is amazing honestly better than Starbucks. The blended drinks are awesome. I love how every employee there is always nice and smiling. I get some days maybe crazier especially in the evenings when there is always only one employee working. I think there should be more than 1 especially when it’s young girls working this world is not safe. Some people seem to take their coffee a bit too serious we should be nicer and more patient with these employees. Love the restaurant, especially since they play some awesome music and you can just enjoy your time there. If you haven’t tried it please do.
