Hello again!

I happened into this establishment for the first time with my sister today.

All three ladies working behind the counter were extremely helpful, courteous and kind. They are GOOD PEOPLE. The medium iced Americano, outdoor patio and free wifi were just what we needed on such a glorious day!

Update: Still super impressed with the customer service here. Marissa spent an incredible amount of time helping me choose a drink based on sugar free options and flavour profiles and my coffee is superb. She should definitely be commended for going above and beyond!
I visited Black Rock for the first time today (09/13/24) and was not familiar with their coffees at all. I spent a few minutes explaining what I like to the sweet young lady at the register and she crafted the perfect latte for me. I wish I had asked her name (I typically do) so I could mention her here because she was so helpful and patient while we worked it out. My coffee was great and the experience was even better thanks to her. I will return to this location in the future.

This place has an ok cup of coffee but dont get yourself stuck in the drive thru in the morning when they only have one person working. I arrived at 6:40am on a Saturday with one car ahead of me. I didn't get my coffee and drive out till 7:10am. By the time I got to the window, 4 cars behind me backed out. The young man who served me didn't even apologize just gave me the excuse that they had just opened....um...that's not an excuse sir!

Really nothing to complain about here. The place is neat and clean. The coffee is at least as good as Starbucks. This location isn't particularly busy and chaotic like a typical Starbucks. It only took a few minutes to get my drinks and I could actually hear them call my name. Would definitely recommend.

Love the drinks but man the service is slow every time I come here.

I’ve tried them at least 10 times. They’re consistently inconsistent. And today will be the last time. Ordered a hot macchiato and it was barely luke warm. Undrinkable. They charge more than competitors. Drive through speaker often doesn’t work making for longer service times. The staff is nice but the company’s processes are not good.

Went here with my friend for the first time recently and would definitely come back. It wasn’t too busy and the music was just the right volume; lively without being overwhelming. The wall art is beautiful, and the overall décor is very inviting. I do wish there were more non-coffee options on the menu, but what we ordered was very good.

Nice place in not into coffee but the smoothie was really good

Always love this location. Fast, friendly, helpful baristas. Great drinks here. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to this location because the one on 1960 is Horrible. All 5 stars from me! Check them out.
