Love the drinks but man the service is slow every time I come here.

I’ve tried them at least 10 times. They’re consistently inconsistent. And today will be the last time. Ordered a hot macchiato and it was barely luke warm. Undrinkable. They charge more than competitors. Drive through speaker often doesn’t work making for longer service times. The staff is nice but the company’s processes are not good.

Went here with my friend for the first time recently and would definitely come back. It wasn’t too busy and the music was just the right volume; lively without being overwhelming. The wall art is beautiful, and the overall décor is very inviting. I do wish there were more non-coffee options on the menu, but what we ordered was very good.

Nice place in not into coffee but the smoothie was really good

Always love this location. Fast, friendly, helpful baristas. Great drinks here. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to this location because the one on 1960 is Horrible. All 5 stars from me! Check them out.

The coffee here was fantastic! They have an impressive variety of sugar-free options, which I really appreciate. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it's so warm inside the store. If they could cool it down a bit, this place would be perfect!

The drive thru experience is enough to put me off of going. The speaker never works (or it’s completely turned off)

Usually the speaker will tell you to pull up and order at the window… however… My review is going to be based on my second experience with the speaker completely turned off… the car in front of me didn’t realize and waited for so long at the speaker for someone to take their order that I almost reversed out of the drive thru… eventually they decided to pull up to the window and no one ever came to greet them. The window was closed so they waited and then left 😆
I thought maybe the coffee shop was closed so I also almost drove off too… but nope, by the time I rolled up - the window opened. The girl was none the wiser that a customer was completely ignored.

The staff seem friendly, but young and untrained or maybe just really understaffed 🤷🏻‍♀️ curious to see how long the business lasts here if customer service doesn’t improve

PS- never have burritos either. Sad.

They need to clean there expresso machines they are infested with mold!!! The black dude working gave me mold shots! Do I get compensation for my illness?

Absolute joke of a coffee shop, the app in itself is horrible to try to get something ordered, makes no sense navigating through it. And then when I get to the store from my online order, the drinks weren't even made 15 minutes later. Had to stand there and wait for the drinks to get made, ordered it online for a reason. And then the staff didn't even say thank you for the business or anything they just turn around and walked off after they handed me the drinks, had no idea where the straws were or anything. Will never darken their doorway again

They never fail, their coffee here always tastes good and get it right 100% of the time ^^

Good coffee but drive thru is really slow, had to back out due to sitting there for a good 10 minutes.

Horrible weak coffee. Club atmosphere, loud pumping music even in restrooms.
