The Boba Shop

This is my favorite Boba shop. Quality Boba, fantastic ice, great atmosphere!

On Wednesday September 3rd I place an order from The Boba Shop with DoorDash for potstickers all went well order was on time no problem. Once we were eating we discovered something that looked like plastic in the potstickers, well it ended up being wax paper or parchment paper. I contacted the shop spoke to the manager and explained our findings in the food and how disappointing this was, her response to me was to give me a refund or store credit. I told her I didn’t want food from there anymore and she continued to offer a store credit and went on with her saying head wasn’t in the game because she had been cleaning most of the day, whatever she meant by that. I then asked to speak to the owner because I wasn’t getting anywhere with her she’s said she couldn’t do more then the store credit so I explained that this could have turned out bad, someone could have choked on this. She would not let me speak or put me contact with the owner, then said she would have the owner return me call. I waited and didn’t receive a call the night or the next day, I called again Thursday employee that I talked to said she would have a manager call me and still no call back. I called again Friday and now they will not even answer my calls. This is unacceptable and irresponsible I have pictures to show what I found in our meal. I will never recommend this place go ever order again. Posting pics on FB, Google…

I just moved and was so excited for a boba spot near me but I was left severely disappointed. I went yesterday with my sister and the girl in the front seemed to not want to be there. As we were looking at the food menu and mentioned lack of options she said a Subway was next door....uhhh weird thing to say.

We ordered a chicken banh mi, passion fruit tea w boba, and honey lemon tea w boba. According to my mom the banh mi was okay. My sister said the passion fruit tea didn't taste like passion fruit tea at all but plain black tea. My honey lemon tea had no flavor as well just tasted like plain black tea with a hint of sweetness. I had to throw it away with it still pretty full.

Nice fresh boba and cute spacious shop. Love that they have a big table for larger groups. But the customer service is lacking.. each time I’ve been, my friends and I have been the only customers in the shop and the girls behind the counter are clearly not busy, yet they refuse to bring your boba or food order over and instead stand behind the counter and call your name out. First time I just let it go, the second time I actually said something. I would completely understand if they’re busy, because I’ve worked in a food shop myself, so I understand the hustle sometimes, but that hasn’t been the case either time I’ve visited. I’m a strong believer in the customer experience, and its the smallest things that can make such a difference. It’s a shame that good customer service is so hard to come by these days!

I went to the location in Spring the other day and got the most amazing service from these two employees Katie and Yavon. They treated me so well and I could tell they put extra effort into making my drink it was heavenly. On a different day I got wonderful service from a very charismatic young man named Vincent those three were some of the nicest folks I’ve met in a minute. I’ve got to come back again definitely top 10 boba shops in all of Texas.

Great drinks if you like boba and the customer service was really nice the day I went I had a honey lemonade/boba and was a really good surprise. Going back if I'm in the area for sure.

5 Stars – A Perfect Boba Experience from Start to Finish!

From the moment I walked into TheBobaShop, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming vibe that instantly made me feel at home. The staff was friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable about the menu, even offering great recommendations when I couldn’t decide between their signature drinks.

I ended up going with the Green Tea with boba, and let me just say—wow. The drink was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, with chewy boba pearls that had just the right texture. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put care into each cup.

The atmosphere was just as impressive—clean, cozy, and stylish, with plenty of seating and chill music that made it the perfect place to hang out or get a little work done.

As I was leaving, the staff thanked me with the same friendly energy they had when I came in, making the entire experience feel personal and genuine.

TheBobaShop is definitely my new go-to for boba. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out !

Very nice staff and the boba is sooo gooodd.

Food is actually really good.
The service is good considering they are normally short handed . The vibe is cool... they even have games. My favorite bobarista is the pink haired girl, she is sweet.

I'm absolutely obsessed with Boba Shop! I stumbled upon this hidden gem and it's now my go-to spot for the best boba drinks in town. The quality is exceptional - fresh, tender boba and perfectly balanced flavors that never disappoint. Their menu is incredibly extensive, with countless options to satisfy any boba craving.

The staff is warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or customizations. What really sets Boba Shop apart is the cozy ambiance - vibrant decor and comfy seating make it the perfect spot to relax and unwind with friends or solo. Plus, the prices are super reasonable - affordable and worth every penny.

I've tried plenty of boba shops before, but Boba Shop has won me over. Highly recommended for fellow boba enthusiasts! I'll definitely be back for my next fix. Would love to give more than 5 stars if I could!

First time in forever I'm disappointed
Not enough and didn't warn customers I along with 4 other had to have the boba split not happy. I even told the girl and she said oh there is no more boba so I have split it

This boba shop is my favorite place in the area! I always get the milk tea with boba and it tastes amazing.
