I ordered an online order at 5:00 PM. I had the proof and everything that I had ordered an online order. It didn’t come through on their end so instead of making it right they decided to basically call me a liar and not give me my food after calling the POS system that they use they told them that I actually did place an order. They decided to deliver me my order at almost 9 o’clock at night when they could’ve just made it right while I was there with my order confirmation and showing them the money taken off of my card I will never be back. I really don’t appreciate how they handled this situation.
