Pretty good ice cream. It's very soft. Got a root beer float.

The customer service I had yesterday was top tier and for the young lady to be so young it was amazing. Interpersonal skills were great and the vegan ice cream with pecans? The pecans taste like magic

My husband's favorite. Never tried a flavor I didn't like. The people working are always very pleasant and helpful. They have a great rewards program too! You can't "dine in" traditionally, but they have tables outside.

Yum! Bruster's is a fun neighborhood favorite that offers a large selection of delicious homemade ice creams and sorbets. My favorites are the turtle sundae and white raspberry truffle. They also make really good milkshakes. My favorite milkshakes are sea salt caramel or classic strawberry. So good! My husband loves the chocolate peanut butter buckeye. The service is always quick and super friendly.

The prices are extreme for a mediocre product! The freezes are not slushies. When I questioned it he said it’s fruit and sprite in a blender for $7 and it doesn’t taste good at all.. Never again!

Let me first say that I love hand scooped ice cream but this was not the move. Pulled through the drive through and was greeted very nicely. Tons of options. Everything looked great! The service was friendly and prompt. We ordered one of my favorites, a small waffle cone with butter pecan and chocolate raspberry truffle in a cup. Their portions were very large. And looked yummy. The ice cream was more of a consistency of gelato. I can't say that I've ever had salty ice cream but the butter pecan was so amazingly salty I couldn't even eat it anymore after a few bites. My husband said his had a bit of salty flavor but he liked it. After tasting mine he said his wasn't even close to as salty as mine and mine was disgusting My cone was fresh and good tho so I scooped the ice cream into the trash and ate the cone.

Yum! The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is just because it's not anything special or memorable. But it definitely is good! I got a small cotton candy in a cone & felt like it was huge! I had to double check the receipt to make sure they gave me a small. I really appreciate the extra cone holder they give you versus napkins for when it starts to melt. This ice cream also had me feeling a little nostalgic because it reminds me of the Ben & Jerry's I used to enjoy with my mom via FaceTime when I was in college. Definitely a great spot to stop for a little treat!

The portion of the ice cream wasn't as much as it has been at other Bruster's. They had a variety of flavors. The service was great and the people were friendly. It was in a great location with plenty of parking. There was a good vibe with a lot of families and kids.
