I only go here for their crawfish. They're pretty good and the most reasonably priced in the area. The service is good, depending on who's your server

For the people that say the service is awesome?!?!?!? Ummm idk what to say to that. It's barely mediocre. We recently went for the crawfish,  and the service was horrible. We sat in a booth and the booth next to us had a group of 5 young adults and I was counting how many times our waitress visited that table of her "friends" before she'd even acknowledge us....5 times! She'd come check on them 3 or 4 times before she'd ask us if we were ok. While im sitting there with an empty beer, i counting how many times she'd come visit the booth next to us and not even acknowledge us. And i'm not the person to "call" a server over to the table, I'd just wait for her to come to us. I had an empty beer most of the time, and I enjoy drinking a few while eating crawfish, but that didn't happen.

Let me start by saying how much I love the atmosphere and staff of Buffalo run. Simon is one the best bartenders around between his friendliness and creative knowledge of drinks and mixes. Jessica is a great manager that stays on top of her responsibilities not only as the one in charge but someone who takes personal action towards any complaints made. I’ve had Kara as a server a few times now and her bubbly personality and glowing smile make it a wonderful experience each time she is a joy to have taking care of you.

Went to buffalo run today and did not enjoy my experience. From the moment we parked, employees were outside vaping by the front door. We got in and sat, everything seemed fine until our server, again decided to have a “group meeting” outside of the front door vaping. Server just didnt seem interested in doing her job… and im a server myself.

Absolute worst service I've had in awhile. Waitress seemed lost, any alcohol we tried to order, she had to go ask about it and it took her over 10 minutes to come back with an answer. I knew once we pulled up and 5+ servers were outside smoking vapes and dab pens (YES DAB PENS) because you can smell the marijuana walking in and out! Cannot believe they're allowed to just stand outside the doors and do this in front of several guests coming in and out. Disappointed and will not be back.

Crawfish were not cooked well today and hard to peel. Taste was okay (wayyy better places nearby), hate the oil type butter, no one really serves that style anymore hardly anywhere I go. I didn’t finish the crawfish which is super unlike me to leave especially when I only ordered 2 lbs. Service was eh, we had to ask 3 times for refills. Chicken bacon ranch fries and tenders were crazy good. Would go back for them.

Mild boneless wings are very odd. The seasoning tastes like it should be for a seafood boil and the "wings" themselves had the texture of canned chicken. The seasoning was also VERY salty and they forgot to provide ranch. The fries were really good!

I’m beyond disgusted with my experience at Buffalo Run. My fiancé and I went there for a meal, and while she was eating crawfish, we found a roach the size of a leaf. Halfway through the meal, I noticed a large black spot, and upon further inspection, we realized what it was. The server was stunned when we brought it to her attention, but to their credit, a manager came over right away, apologized, and comped most of our meal, except for one drink. We called back afterward to ask for a refund on the one drink we paid for because we were absolutely grossed out. I wish I would’ve gotten a picture but that was the last thing on my mind as I was so off put.

The manager, Dakota, told us it wasn’t a roach, but a beetle, and that if it had been a roach, it would have been a lot worse. This response was not only unhelpful but incredibly disturbing. We felt completely disrespected and disgusted by the entire situation. Unfortunately, we will never be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went here exclusively for crawfish. They were good, but not good enough to make me want to make the trip to get them again. There are other places more local to me with as good of crawfish as they had. They did have live music on Friday around 7 and the artist was pretty good...I did enjoy that for a while.

By far one of the worst experiences ever . I called here at 7:59pm to place a Togo order for crawfish and the lady on the phone asked to put me on a brief hold and i said okay . After being on “hold” for 15 minutes constantly hearing her greet other customers i hung and and tried to call back several times but the line kept going straight to voice mail saying the line was busy(assuming because the phone was off the hook not on hold). I made my way there after work to place my order which i explained to the Togo specialist what happened and she did apologize, i talked to her about the combos and ordered 2lbs of crawfish and 2 potatoes which she told me where really big that they cut in half so i felt 2 were enough. After placing my order she told me it would take 20 minutes so I waited in my car . Once i got home i opened my box to majority of my order being small crawfish ! Mind you i just got crawfish from the flying pub last night (which was better!) I’m just trying different crawfish spots to see who i like the best , and the flying pub crawfish WERE HUGE but here they were literally soo small a lot with my potatoes that were bite size i should’ve ordered 6! The sauce was salty as ever and watery . I’m so disappointed because the place was recommended by a friend and after spending $24 i expected more but unfortunately i will not be back here .

Came in tonight for some crawfish which was great and very tasty. Only problem was service. it took about 5-10 min to even get greeted. Leah was our server and she had other priorities other than serving her tables. Talking to people at the bar and also at one point went out to her car for who knows what. Had to go to the bartender to get the check and also had to get the bartender to fix the mistake Leah made on our order which we reminded her of more than once. Paid cash and did not receive full amount of change back. Also seemed to have an attitude problem from the first start of our interaction and I speak on the situation as someone who works in the same industry as a server. Props to the bartender for fixing mistakes that weren’t hers. I just didn’t catch her name.
