The black girl with the dreadlocks has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First of all her overall appearance is unhygienic, it’s 11a.m why is your uniform completely filthy that alone made me question if I wanted to eat here. Second she does not appear to know the policy of your establishment as I attempted to order 15 wings all drums , she rudely replied you can’t do that with bogo.....who said I wanted bogo ....I want 15 wings all drums I’ll pay extra she said yeah can’t do...I decided to leave and later spoke to a manager who confirmed yes in fact you can do all drums.

The service was not good. The tables weren't clean and there was no bar service although it was 2 hrs until they closed. Ordered sodas and they were just carbonated water. No flavoring. Told the server and they didn't bring any new drinks. More than likely won't be back.

We ordered two different wings for two of my children, we went to pick them up and read the receipt to check that everything was correct with the order. Indeed, everything was well described, it turns out that when we got home and opened the cardboard containers we realized that the orders came with totally different flavors than what we ordered. It is not possible that companies like this leave it in the hands of irresponsible people who have no idea what it means to leave a good image to consumers. It will be the last time I order here Big City wings will be our preference from now on.

Ordered take out and I think the wings must have been reheated 1000 times. I’ve never seen something covered in so much sauce but somehow be dryer than the Sahara desert. For a place to have “wings” in the name to be cutting corners with making quality chicken is sad.Dry, nasty wings not fit for scraps.Never again.

I order a to go they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes I waited a hole hr my order was ready the hole time but she never checked to see it was the correct name.
The waitress clearly did not want to be there. Very bad customer service from someone that is supposed to represent the company. Not everyone has the ability to work with customers, there's a lot going on.Waitress was rude, we were really uncomfortable, and at some point we were thinking if we did something that made her treat us that way. She wouldn't check on us unless I had to wave to call her. She asked if we were ready to order and left to grab something and left me talking alone! I asked her to come to my table because my husband needed a refill and she was talking to someone. She looked at me waving at her, came walking very slowly to my table and kept the conversation from a distance so when she got my table she was still talking to this person. Order came wrong, we informed her and she took it back to fix it at least, but her attitude was not worth it of a date for a Saturday night. No "please", no "thank you", no "sorry", none of the basic qualities for customer service we saw on her. Minimal interaction with us, her customers. We were rushing to eat our food and get out of there. Buffalo Wild Wings of Spring, Texas, please train better your people. You might as well just hire robots to bring our food, less complaints you will receive.

I don't think I've ever had a good experience at BWW. Went to dinner yesterday. All of our food came our cold. I notified the staff, and they sent it back to be remade. They remade the wrong order. Sent it back again. The waitress attempted to make it right. This was appreciated. However, this isn't the first time. Each visit we've had has been bad. Tables are left unclean, no one bussing in a timely manner. The table next to us ordered a beer, and it was sitting for a while to be delivered... she tried to go grab from the bar herself. Overall, it was just a bad experience each time. After yesterday, we decided to give up on BWW. I would not recommend this location.
Ladonna/katie was an amazing server! Thanks to her we will be coming back! Other times the service hasn’t been the best but thanks to her we will be regulars!
