I called three times and nobody answered, even though I could clearly see three employees working inside. When I arrived at the store, I tried calling again and saw for myself that they ignored the phone. It really feels like they don’t care about helping customers. Very disappointing experience. Walk in order. DO NOT DO THIS. Waited for over 30 minutes and they forgot my fries. Had to wait 10 minites longer for the fries, wings were cold by the time I got home. Watched 4 orders with fries go out after i had told them about jt. Definitely wouldn't call the large fry a large fry.

First time ever ordering boneless wings and honestly they didn’t taste all that great the wings tasted like if they already been cooked and left too long waiting or something fries was decent it wasn’t all that good my experience wasn’t good I’m never coming back here again

Good food, nice staff, and reasonable wait time between ordering and food being ready. Pretty easy to pick up unless you have a large order that they keep in the hotbox behind the counter. That can take longer at times when they're busy and someone isn't at the counter.

This chicken is like CHEWING ROCKS!!! Hard and over cooked! Very dry! I can’t tell if the chicken is old or not. This location and its workers should be very embarrassed, I go to BWW often and I’ve never had such a horrible meal at other locations. This location needs to be closed IMMEDIATELY!
