Good food, nice staff, and reasonable wait time between ordering and food being ready. Pretty easy to pick up unless you have a large order that they keep in the hotbox behind the counter. That can take longer at times when they're busy and someone isn't at the counter.

This chicken is like CHEWING ROCKS!!! Hard and over cooked! Very dry! I can’t tell if the chicken is old or not. This location and its workers should be very embarrassed, I go to BWW often and I’ve never had such a horrible meal at other locations. This location needs to be closed IMMEDIATELY!

This location feels like a Ghost Kitchen, like they were barely taught the basic bones of Wild Wings recipes. The chicken of the sandwich was juicy but tough, scalding hot, and the rest of the sandwich, bun especially, was cold. I don't recommend at all.
