Food is definitely good, the beef I felt as if it was under cooked but some people like that so to each its own. The cheese and chips are the star of the show always!! If all staff were friendly would have been a five. ?

This was my first time ordering from this place. I thought I'd give it a try. The red flag should have been when I walked in and there were only 2 customers there. I ordered a burrito with grilled chicken, peppers, onion, cheese, Pico, sour cream, cilantro rice and charro beans. What I got was something that looked like you would expect from Taco Bell. There was 80% rice and 10% beans and very little of everything else. You couldn't even taste anything but the rice which was bland.While waiting for my order to be prepared, the manager looking person (male) was in the prep area, he then walked over to the cashier (also a male) who was wearing a hair net which is always good. BTW he was the only one wearing one. The manager looking guy starts tucking the cashier's braids back into the hairnrnet with his bare hands. He then proceeds to walk back to the prep area without washing his hands and started working there with the food! Thank goodness he didn't prepare my order. I'll never go back and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I went to the Spring location.Parking: They're in a large business strip with a gym and large office supply store and other food options. Parking is always somewhat different to find.

I went to the spring location and the cashier was very rude to me. She rushed me to pay whilst I was signing up for the rewards on the kiosk. Long story short I ordered grilled chicken and received brisket and pork in my burrito which I felt was done purposely. I do not eat brisket nor pork. I feel this was done purposely because I politely asked her to please slow down and stop rushing me to pay giving it was my first time there. I was curious and had questions about the food because I never tried it before. Worst customer service experience. I do not recommend eating here!!

DONT ORDER FROM HERE. It’s annoying that this place is so stingy with their condiments. When I ordered sour cream on my tacos they gave me the tiniest dribble. Pathetic. Then for my orders they only gave me one sauce. ONE sauce for 6 tacos when I ordered two different kinds. Then they left off the cheese I ordered as well, and it wasn’t even busy. The order is literally written in front of them. How do you get that wrong? Do better.

The restaurant was not very clean. There were a couple of flies near the open food containers as well a very dirty drink dispenser. The gentleman that took my order was busy watching a show on his phone while he took my order. He even remarked “to-go” and then verbally said, “this is for here?” He was clearly distracted. The food was decent but was missing sauce that I asked for.I won’t go back to this location.
