I normally like Burger King quite a bit, even though I don't get to visit much. But this morning, I get there and patiently wait until this locations posted opening time...and they don't open.
I feel kinda bad for the girl that came to the drive thru window, as she tried to explain the situation...only because it honestly isn't her fault and I know I'm not usually the nicest person before coffee.
Either way, I think the management might want to review their opening shift staffing choices; because hours of business are hours of business. Opening for the day should be as prompt as closing for the night. No excuses.

This BK here absolutely sucks! Every time I go there they claim to be out of stuff despite always being so slow. How hard can it be to keep food in stock when you don’t have any customers??As for the chicken fries I ordered tonight. They were disgusting! Tasted like they stuck them in the microwave.

Probably the best chicken fries and mozzarella fries I ever got from a fast food place and it’s open late … so fresh and tasty if ur there when the right manager is there .. and so well priced dinner for ten bucks wow

Food was very hot and good. Love their mozzarella sticks & that u can customize ur entire meal like mozzarella instead of fries and v ur burger cut in half.

This BK has THE WORST service/customer service we’ve experienced in years. Not only did they get bith sandwich orders wrong, but they didn’t give us a receipt so we could have verification of the charges. We had to call many times for them to even pick up the phone. We couldn’t dispute our order on their website because we didn’t get a receipt. The manager claimed/blamed it on new employees. Not. My. Problem! Then he insisted he had to have the food returned (a public health violation) to replace the order. We drove 20 mins to and from their location on Good Friday! Wasn’t happening! Don’t eat here!!!!

This is the closest BK around me. It's not always that good. It's hit and miss on the food. It's mainly the freshness of it that's the problem. The service is typically average here. The employees are never that friendly, but they're not rude either. It's almost like they just don't enjoy helping customers at times. It's always clean inside here though.
My other quirks about this location or that if you want iced tea instead of soda, you have to get them to give it to you from behind the counter. You have to ask for ketchup too.
If somehow they could just make the food fresh all the time then it would be worth coming here.
Also look at the size of the Whopper versus the Whopper Junior in my photo.
