We'll 2nd order this week wrong. Ordered a cheese Whopper no pickle got a Whopper no cheese with pickle. They need to get someone that can read and check orders for correctness. Disappointing. Drive thru order wrong. Ordered halfsies got fries that were stale and cold. Two cookies ordered not in bag.

This was not a good idea. Without a doubt, the driest burger I've ever had. I ordered the Texas Whopper. Dry and tasteless. I don't even think they salted the patties. The french fries were less than luke warm. I got a Sprite from the fountain drinks,it was either fixing to run out or the syrup was turned back to save money. I don't eat at burger King very often, and this is why. Precooked patties that sit for hours, then microwaved when you order.

Food here is trash! Wasted $25 here tonight and nothing was made right. Got charged extra for cheese and none was on there. Asked for no tomatoes and it was on everything. Ugggh I hate getting nasty food.

We've gone to this Burger King location a few times this year. Every visit has always been pleasant. For a quick meal, the food and the staff are consistently good.
Food was very good. Ordered dined in Jr whopper and whopper meals. Linked my walmart+ account to Burger King for future treats. Hopefully next visit the loud Nirvana music won't be blaring. What's up with that? Awful assault on your ears.

My family and I visited on 07/08/2024 at 5:18pm as this Burger King was one of the only places open after Hurricane Beryl passed through. With that being said, the drive thru lines were incredibly long and you could tell that the workers were giving it their all. My chicken sandwich was nice, fresh and crispy. They also had no problem with me requesting they add some of their delicious pickles. Their new mozzfries are some of the best I’ve ever tried. 10/10 would recommend this location. I want to give a big shout out to these hard workers and the manager who said that they had been working since 5am and yet they still had great customer services and took time to ask if we were okay and wished my family and I well.
7/15: Ordered a bacon whopper, came out with no bacon. Fine, I ate it. 7/17: Ordered a whopper and drink, charged for fries even though I explicitly stated I didn't want the meal. Okay, I ate a few fries and threw the rest away. 7/19: Ordered 2 bacon Whopper Jr's, charged for a 'Duo Lemonade' and no bacon. Laughed at how ridiculously hard it is to get a fast food order correct
Gave this place 3 changes, failed me all 3 times. Not worth my time to write a review for first 2 times, but at this point I think the staff are pulling a prank on me. Pretty absurd how they can keep their jobs, perhaps not enough people actually care to inform management
I've never had an issue here. I drive past the BK on spring stuebner and Holzworth. Always decent service and food.
