Tried it 3 times and always have the same issues...SLOW, slow Slow. Clearly a management problem as I order with the app so they have plenty of time. Food is of course not hot by the time you get it. Love the location, they just need to light a fire under the employees to get them moving...there is always a line to wait in the drive through

I got half of my order. How do you miss 3 burgers? I asked them to redo my whole order and they looked at me like i was wrong for asking. Then the mgr asked me for my receipt and i told her they didn’t give me one. As i left asked for a copy of my receipt and they said the were out of paper so that was why i didn’t get it. If i want McDs service i woulda went to McDs

I don't know if we are talking about the same place, but if so the team that was on deck were terrific. I haven't eaten out in a while from a fast food restaurant, but I will say this was probably the best experience I have ever had with a burger king since I can remember. My wife, me and two boys went to the drive thru, by chance not planned around 12pm, and every single item was perfect. The whopper was great my wife said, the tx whopper was amazing and the original Chicken sandwich sub which is always dry in my experience but I still get it when I don't know what to order. This was the best chicken sandwich I have ever been served at a bk. pineapple pink lemonade was the finishing touch. Just wanted to say thanks to those that are taking their job seriously, and delivering a great experience to my fam and I.

I ordered the big fish meal and requested the filet be dropped fresh. I advised that I didn’t mind the wait. The woman taking my order stated they are always made fresh, which I assumed was a lie, but I gave her the benefit of a doubt. They gave me an oily filet that was dropped back in the deep fryer to give the perception of hot a fresh. This can’t be consumed.
