Tried it 3 times and always have the same issues...SLOW, slow Slow. Clearly a management problem as I order with the app so they have plenty of time. Food is of course not hot by the time you get it. Love the location, they just need to light a fire under the employees to get them moving...there is always a line to wait in the drive through
I don't know if we are talking about the same place, but if so the team that was on deck were terrific. I haven't eaten out in a while from a fast food restaurant, but I will say this was probably the best experience I have ever had with a burger king since I can remember. My wife, me and two boys went to the drive thru, by chance not planned around 12pm, and every single item was perfect. Don’t know why this place gets such bad reviews, I was extremely well catered for by Diego and his colleague (did not catch his name) and the service was really fast! PS thanks for the crowns!
