Give this BK another chance. I've given up on it many times over the years due to poor quality service and food. BUT, only Bk near here. Gave them a chance and have great service lately. Maybe new owners I don't know. Employees were happy and nice. Oh and at drive thru they asked if I wanted anything else in my burger!

Food is disgusting my hamburger had old slimy lettuce on it and the bun was hard my sooda was flat I returned it they gave a even flatter soda and the same Kind of nasty burger back!

The person who is in charge at this moments is really really ignorant she is talking to his coworker in the drive thru man we don't get pay enough for this I think the guy is untrained and she is telling he what to do to make sure they get the drink an all of the staff she help me in side and as I hear all this she doesn't gimme my drink after 10min pass I ask for my drink and gives me a bad attitude 30 min after the they miss a whopper for a costumer she just ignore the man . It looks like she is not on her state of mine she need a different job costumer services is not for her don't know her name but I add a pic of her

I was definitely not impressed by this BK. I will not go here again. The whopper used to be a big burger, now it's almost the same size as a whopper junior. The place has a bad vibe when u walk in. The hi-c orange on the soda machine sprays everywhere. No sign of warning by the staff. Certain staff member just stands around doing nothing.

Most rude window customer girl I ever encountered. I asked what was impossible burger? No answer. I put in my order and went to the window, nothing was coming out of her mouth except taking my money and gave me change. I waited a long time for my order. It was handed to me with no words. I said thank you and drive off. When I took one fries to eat, it was cold. When I took my burger out, it was cold. This was on a Sunday afternoon, you'd think it's busy. Only a handful of people were there.
