The establishment was very clean. I was one of only a few people there, so it was fairly quiet. The food was likely made fresh as it did take longer than expected to get my food, but not too long. The only complaint I did that the fries were extremely overcooked. Every fry was hard and slightly burnt. The fries are the main reason I chose Burger King for my lunch vs a different restaurant, so I was quite disappointed, but not enough to ask them to remake them. The atmosphere was quite enough that I was able to read while I ate. The young man working the counter was pleasant enough. Not enthusiastic by any means, but not rude either.

The freeze/milkshake machine never works and they still swipe your card after they tell you they dont have the machine ready. Like why still swipe my card when you dont have what i asked for AFTER the fact. Not coming to this location.
LAZY!!! I have a big family (it's 7 of us) and we always have a big order. I don't know why yall think just because I ordered 3/4 fries that I don't want them full! None of these fries were full and honestly I'm sick of yall taking my money!! AINT NO HAVE IT YOUR WAY AT THIS LOCATION!! And the manager is just RUDE!!! Happy we're getting a Taco Bell because I'm not giving yall another penny!

The food from here to be great but as of late the service speed and more has gone down considerably, they need to fix their drive-thru microphone because either you can or can't be heard and if they ask you to go up to the window they don't even talk to you until the very last second and they kind of give you ugly looks as if you're the one in the wrong for wanting to get food from them. I ain't asking for much but if you got somebody at the drive-thru window you could at least say hello and see if they've got to pick up order versus actually needing to place an order you know

Went through drive through. A very nasty employee told me if I paid cash I could only pay with exact change. Bill was $5.41 and I provided $20.41. She said she could not accept it. Eventually ended up getting my $15 change. Burger was made wrong. Burger King customer service says they can't help without a receipt. Store probably knew that and did not provide a receipt. Deleted Burger King app and will never visit another Burger King location again. And we wonder why fast food locations continue to struggle.

Told the lady my order at the drive thru at least 4 times. She kept interrupting me. Get to the window, she still had the order wrong. Was talking to so many different people while I was trying to order. Spent half my lunch at the drive thru! Pay attention and do better!
