I come to this location around 11:10 at night after work. It's a newer store model. Very nice. Very clean. I go through the drive-thru she cannot understand me. That's very understandable. I have to speak a little bit louder. I'm asking her questions and she just seems kind of irritated by every question I ask, I asked what type of shakes they have just because it wasn't shown on a menu. It flips through different menu items on the screen. She says the shake machine is down at the moment. Understandable. You're probably cleaning it or just doesn't work. Then I asked her what type of juices do they have or do they have Gatorade? She States that they only have lemonade okay so I asked for water. Then I asked her for chicken fingers but then she goes silent. She doesn't say anything then she says what else I go. Oh man the chicken finger is and then because okay eight piece like very aggressively I say oh do you have any other things smaller? Give me that and then I said that's all and then she just pull up for the total I pull up. First off, she's trying to give me the drink without me even paying and she kind of shoves the drink in my hand. While I'm trying to give her the money, she doesn't hand me my receipt with my change back. She stuffs the receipt and crumble up some napkins inside my bag. That's very weird and not like what you're supposed to do at all. And I couldn't understand her clearly hear what she was saying. She just kind of seemed irritated. I know it's a long shift but be excited to be at work. You don't have to sing to me but just act like you want to be there. Act like you want to get the money.

I do not understand how nobody knows how to work the register then I placed my order and still could not get it right and even used my points which I can not get back all I wanted was some food for my kids but could not get that right. Please train your staff correctly

The new young lady working here Naiya is so pleasant. She gives Chick-fil-A customer service. The other workers at the window are not rude, but they have been known to rush me during my orders and are monotone with no personality. I’m always so happy when I see her at the window.

My fiancé and I recently visited this Burger King and had an extremely disappointing experience at the drive-through. When we pulled up, we politely asked for a minute to decide on our order, but the employee gave no response. When we said we were ready, there was still silence and attitude from the person taking our order.
Despite the unwelcoming tone, we remained polite. After receiving our food, we said “thank you,” but instead of acknowledging us, the employee shut the window in our face without a word. The lack of basic courtesy was shocking.
The employee working the window was a female with yellow buns in her hair. We don’t usually write reviews, but this level of customer service was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Customers deserve respect — especially when they’re being respectful themselves.

This is the only Burger King I go to I always have a great experience at this Burger King location! The restaurant is clean, the service is fast, and the food is fresh and hot. You can really tell the team is well managed everything always runs smoothly I am always in and out
