Came here on their grand opening, waited in line for them to tell us they didn't have their plant based patty. Ok, that's pretty odd but okay. Couple months later, we call twice (11:30, and they open at 11) to make sure they have the party and no one answered. Fine. We drive there and my husband waits about 3-5 minutes with no one even acknowledging him. He goes to the door to leave and it's now LOCKED. Manager (I assume) tells him that he's getting a late start and it would only take a few minutes blah blah. But we left. So I can't speak for the food at all since we've tried to eat there twice and still haven't. There will not be a third attempt to give them our money.

My lamb burger was very underwhelming. It was definitely missing some seasoning. The bun was incredibly too soft and over all messy. It had great potential but, fell short. The burgers are frozen for no more than 48 hours I was told but, I could tell they were frozen that is why I asked about it. Prep just enough burgers for the day and put them in a cooler, never freeze! As much as I love burgers I dont think I'll be back. Too many other burger places with better tasting food. The competition is real! OAN: I am glad at the fact that this place is Blacked owned and operated but, please show the investors how Black people season food. Between Whataburger, Freddy's, Hopdoddy (coming soon), Five Guys, Red Robin and even Wendy's, BurgerIM is sure to go under if they don't improve. The guy in charge, Samuel is friendly and helpful. But the place is severely understaffed. Service is extremely slow. Taking order takes a long time because the cashier is new or not trained? Food takes a long time to come out. They need to up their game if they want to survive with burger places all around them !!

Came in to get my food to go. As I was ordering the cashier seemed to be distracted & kept ringing in my order incorrectly. Finally someone else came & took over in which she had to redo my entire order, very frustrating. It took my food a long time to be made & the cook seemed to be moving in slow motion. You can watch through the window. He had zero urgency. I got my food to go then left. Once i got home to eat I realized that every single crouton on my salad was stale, every one. Also I got a Caesar salad which the lettuce wasn't a typical lettuce, it was just leafy. No Romain, I guess each location is different. The chicken I added was ok, nothing special. Not sure I'll go back to that location, it was just a mess & I was the only person in there so there was no excuse.

The manager is such a hard worker, kind hearted man. He really takes care of people and is constantly checking to make sure you're happy! Completely recommend for a great meal and experience.

Note: no firearms allowed in building sign. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. Thin meat. Quality lettuce, quality bread. The circle fries felt under cooked and had a high vegetable taste due to the oil. Took about 8 mins to get my meal. Will I be back, not sure. Nothing extra special, I like Jack in to box Chicken sandwich just as good or better so shrugs. Not a fan of the fries really - so eh just average. The sweet black guy at the front was awesome, think he maybe had a beard but he was great. He should be promoted.

When they first opened the food was pretty good. We ordered last night on UberEats food came and all of the orders were wrong and what they did deliver I would not even feed to my dogs. The crispy chicken on my sandwich was worse than a McDonald's nugget. Burger was dry and had old avocado with brown spots all over it. I am going to call tomorrow and ask for a refund. I have never ever left a bad food review or asked for refund but I was totally offended by the food. I wonder... new management or owner? Really horrible.

The food was pretty good but under seasoned. Unfortunately they did not have enough front of house staff. We ordered shakes for the kids and its taken us an hour and we still haven't gotten them. However, the food came out from the kitchen in a timely manner. They should be better staffed on a Friday evening. If the person working the register and making shakes couldn't handle both, then he shouldn't have sold them to us. I appreciate that kind of honesty.

Upon arriving, they didn't have the ingredients to the burger I wanted. Their Coke Freestyle machine was out of more than half of the products. The burgers are bland and uninspiring. Unless you like mediocre, I would look elsewhere. There are plenty of other burger establishments that can leave you feeling satisfied.

It's a "no" for me. Plain burgers, sticky floors, mediocre service. The chicken fingers we ordered were still raw. No one even apologized for that and we had to ask for our money back for that item.

I have always wanted to try this place and this location has been open for around a month. I thought I would try it out with my fiancee. As we walked inside I noticed that the floors were extremely sticky that you could hear your shoes on the ground.

New location and it was okay. Got the burger with onion rings and they didn't even have onion rings whatsoever in the store, and no sweet potatoe fries. It's Friday night and they're out of ingredients. The burgers were decent, nothing special as far as gourmet burgers. Only good thing was that the ketchup was prepped for use
