My children and I started coming to this location about a month ago. We really love the flavors. But the last few times we came, a customer that came in after us got their snowcones before we received all of ours. I'm not sure why, but it's a little annoying and even the other customers asked if it was ours before they took it because they knew we had walked in before they did. Editing my review based on my experience today. I ordered 5 sno cones in the drive thru and was told after ordering and paying that they were out of cup carriers when I requested one. As I’m trying to figure out how I’m going to somehow get these cones home without a carrier, I’m handed several cones with the juices spilling over from the cups being over filled.
