Hi umm I received a horrible snowcone 8-14-2025. I ordered a large dome sugar free ice cream snowcone and the spoon I was giving was filthy. I didn't want to cause a scene so I didn't return back. I changed the spoon out and I noticed that the worker put tons of syrup in the cup to make an illusion of ice. The snow cone wasn't all the way filled up anyway to begin with. Also, the flavor tasted EXPIRED. It was a weird taste. I really would at least like a free snowcone or my money back. It was horrible!

Very slow service. Doesn’t seem happy. Our normal snowcone place was closed today so decided to drive and try Buzzles, my family and myself was not satisfied with the taste OR look of our snow cone. We said we will never come back. We didn’t finish them and my husband threw his in the trash on the spot. Now I see it’s a downhill type of thing over the last several months…We enjoyed the taco spot next to it.

For over five dollars for a small (with premium flavors), my cup was hollow almost to the bottom of the cup. For 95% ice and 5% flavoring it’s a rip off. I’ve come here Repeatedly for the past couple years and now they’re being cheap. Even when you pay for it to be all a mode, they barely put a scoop of ice cream in there and then halfway through the ice is dry. Sad it’s going downhill.

Customer service was awful. Took 15 minutes for 3 cones and all requested cones came out incorrect. The person working the window was not attentive at all and still had the nerve to ask for a tip.

Snow cones were dry as hell, and the guy at the window had a nasty attitude. Not worth the money at all. On top of that, the other white guy inside talked to me like I was stupid, like I didn’t know what I was saying. Rude, overpriced, and completely unprofessional. I’m never coming back.

I really love this place but I've been in line for 30 mins! This has to be more efficient or hire more people! The snowball was also very dry. After you get past the top, you're just eating ice. Please correct this! $5 for a snowball I should get a better quality

I love this place. The absolute best sno cones. My only gripe is they are soooo slowwwww. I've waited 20+ minutes with just 2 or 3 people ahead of me, the whole time assuming there was only one person working. I pull up and there were FOUR PEOPLE in there. Come on guys ?

Why are you constantly breaking my heart Buzzles?! 2/3 of the last times I’ve visited this shaved ice barely has any flavoring. A $4 cup of ice with zero flavoring. I tried to eat to the middle hoping for a pocket of “juice”, nope. Boo!
