This is not catfish. Must have new cook and ownership. Fish was horrible. They are passing off Swai fish as catfish. I forgot they recently did a news story on this franchise faking fish.

I got the chicken Alfredo. Def 4/10. Good customer service, no wait, barely anyone in-house. Dark setting when I walked in not much light but clean and welcoming. I called in my order 2-Go. You ever feel like you could've made something better after you've tried the food you just paid for? Well, that's how I felt about this dish. It wasn't bad, just unseasoned and the chicken was tough as helll. So tough that I couldn't even cut the chicken with the plastic ware provided...... I couldn't even cut the chicken.... And it was irritating because it looks as if someone tried to cut it but just said f it. That whole meal should've been $5 maybe 6-7. Ble$$

I'm not sure why this place doesn't have better ratings. My family owns a seafood restaurant and we sure love to eat it too! The sauces alone were super impressive and yummy! First time in a while that I've experienced homemade, fresh dipping sauces like this. The value and the quality/amount of food was very, very reasonable. I have a new spot now for local eats. Thank you! (Found you through Uber eats) Ordered the combination platter. Green beans could use a little work. Sauces made up for it all. :-)

Me and my husband went to go get some catfish because that’s literally what popped up when we typed it in on google and that’s what is the name of the restaurant and the descriptions. We asked for what we wanted and proceeded to ask if it’s catfish. He said and I quote “it’s swai fish but they call it catfish” so we asked if they had catfish and I kid you not he said “ it’s swai fish but they call it catfish” like whaaaatttt???? How are you gonna have a restaurant that says you have catfish and has the name but have absolutely no catfish . Having people think it’s catfish and it swai fish is wiiilllddd. It’s like going to Shipleys donuts and asking for donuts but nah it’s croissants but they call it donuts.???

The food here is really good. I've ordered the fried catfish and shrimp dinner on several occasions and it's one of the best entrees I've tried. If you like really good seafood at a great price. Catfish Station is the place!

BEWARE!!!! THEY ADVERTISE MISLEADING PRICES ONLINE TO GET CUSTOMERS TO COME. I decided to check this place out again after 4 years.Here's my input: I placed an order with the manager via phone based on the online prices on their website. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, one of the workers said, "Our online prices don't match." I told him that I had already placed an order, then he said the price was $42. I was surprised by the $10 price increase of my order. When I inquired about the price difference, I was told the reason of "Our online prices don't match the prices that we have to ring up for." I can see that, especially when I made it to the counter and was given a different price to pay. I asked for the manager who was no help as he stood there without providing any input, even when I asked to speak to a manager & the only thing he could say was "I only know how to use the register. That's it."I requested to speak with the GM but had no success. I was told that they don't price match their OWN online prices on their OWN website so instead of paying $32 for a 20 piece family fish strip meal with 2 large sides as advertised online, they wanted me to pay $42 for the fish strips meal. This is highway robbery, especially when the customer is not getting the fulfillment of whole fillets for the price we are paying.When my order was placed over the phone, it was not made aware that the online prices were incorrect. If it was, I would have asked for the actual price & saved my family a trip. After getting more detail, it seems that their website has been outdated for an extremely long time, and they have many customers that come with the same experiences I had today with misleading prices.So, let me get this straight, they know the website prices are outdated as it's been brought to their attention by numerous customers, but for the prices they're charging, they're not doing better by making the public aware of price changes by updating their prices on the website! The reason i was given for this is "the website is not our restaurant." Sure...? The name on the website and company logo says it all. No one wants to be surprised by price variances when they make it to pick up food for their family. The manager gave me an option: Either you're gonna take it or leave it. So I left it.This restaurant has got to do better!!!!! I refuse to indulge in upsell prices based on false advertising. Closed for business...appears to have reopened the station, looking at the recent reviews, however several reviews reflect they received Swahili (imported cheaper Asian catfish) instead, so based on that, my ratings remain the same. The food previous to their closing was excellent. Don't think I will try again. I have to past up other catfish choices to get there. Not worth the gamble for me. It's a shame
