Little pricey but it’s always good every time I go.

FYI spoke to manager which was the employee with necklaces. He clearly didn’t care he gave me some vouchers and told me here you for your troubles. Well that’s not what I wanted.

Well… I had to make a few alterations to my review… well we came later in the day today. Well the employees looked so happy to be at work. There was one gentlemen with a piercing on his left eye well he was not friendly at all would not even talk or say your welcome after we where thanking him for making our food. The employees just were not it. There was also a female worker tonight. There was a young man with glasses and a goatee with two distinctive necklaces that was friendly.
This is a good place to eat for healthy reasons but the workers just don’t fill that vibe.

We went to cava yesterday and the food was great. It is definitely a healthier option. It’s a definitely must try. Oh and it does have a long line during lunch but you’re better off probably waiting than ordering ahead.

I told them my name for pick up and they totally gave me the wrong order. Unfortunately, their staff are not very good listeners…

This location is always very friendly and inviting! When I walk in T always greets me by name and when I leave she does the same. T is amazing at making you feel welcome! I’ve never been disappointed with the service provided!

CAVA honestly never misses for me. Every time I go, it hits the spot.. fresh, flavorful, and just the kind of meal that makes you feel good after eating it. I’ve seen people say they loved it until they had one bad experience, but for me, this place has been consistently solid.

Also, if you haven’t tried mixing their lemonade with the blueberry lavender juice, do yourself a favor… it’s such a refreshing combo! I love places that feel thoughtful with their flavors, and CAVA is definitely one of them.

I like Cava but this is the fifth time in a row that I’ve been to this location and my order has been wrong, thrown together, missing things, or put with someone else’s. Today was my last time going because I found someone else’s order in my bag. I let them know and they started laughing (which I don’t mind, it was funny) and said “oh, that’s where that order was” but they grabbed my bag (had my receipt on it), took my order out and placed in a new bag but no utensils, no cup or straw, and my sauces weren’t on my plate, which I didn’t realize until I got back to my job and I don’t have time to go back and finish eating before my break is over. I’m just disappointed because this puts more responsibility on the customer when they should just slow down and double check orders to avoid complicating their own process. Now, I feel like I paid for something that I didn’t even get fully. Also, it just makes you wonder how well they’re maintaining the establishment because my rice tastes weird and is in clumps.

They’re black lentils are consistently undercooked, and crunchy. If their lentils were cooked through, I would really like this place, but they’re not.

I went there today for the first time, but it won't be my last. I got the chicken and rice bowl and it was delicious. They service it with 1/4 slice of pita bread but I also got the baked ones which are addictive.

Truly one of the best places with some of the greatest staff ever! I come pretty often and I have never been disappointed. Many of the times I come I am often serve by either Jay or T. They’re very efficient with their time and extremely friendly. At this point they’re like my besties. They love small talk and always remember my bowl. They truly take time for every single one of their costumer’s.

I come here every now and then and it’s usually T and Jay that help me out. they are awesome and do things spot on. these guys know how to take care of their customers. i’ve also ordered through online and it’s always great. when I come pick the food they always make sure everything is good before taking it.

Everytime I come to this location I’m always greeted with a warm welcome by T. She’s the sweetest person I know with a heart of gold! The food is amazing as always and so are the workers! Love you T!!
